Ordered here twice and paid extra fee for home delivery. Not only they deposited directly at the shop but used two different locations for two parcels. Incredible but true. Never ever this shop.

Received a Blue-ray instead of DVD that was ordered. Also one of the DVD's didn't work. No response from their support either. First order and definitely the last order. Update: Even after the response below here I have heard nothing back from them. Staying at 1 star. Very poor.
