Fantastic Support Tool for Managing Marketplace

ChannelReply has been a game-changer for managing customer messages across multiple platforms. It’s incredibly easy to integrate with Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Mirakl, and Shopify, making it so much easier to keep track of everything in one place. Great for eBay sellers

We've been using this along with Freshdesk for a few months now and it's greatly simplified the process of handling customer support. Since we're a multichannel seller we'd been looking for a way to route all inquires to a single service so we don't have to constantly check our CS email, eBay, Facebook, and Twitter. ChannelReply has worked great at filling out the missing functionality in Freshdesk and it's been a huge time saver having eBay messages in a threaded format so our reps can easily see the customer's previous replies as well as our responses. Helps to prevent scenarios where one rep tells a customer one thing and a different rep later contradicts them.

Great service and easy to use - awesome support team.

We've been using the Amazon integration for over two years now and are very satisfied. All of the triggers and custom fields works great. They even helped me configure it all via a video call and I worked directly with their support agents (Dietke I believe) to get things humming nicely. Most recently we connected Walmart and eBay. Waiting on the NewEgg integration as is much needed. Thanks team!

Would not recommend this company

Would not recommend this company. Misleading as the software portrayed as plug and play between Amazon and Zendesk. We were pointing out issues to Tech Support they were unaware of. She were short staff, it's not my job to help build their software tool to perform properly Took more than 6 weeks with multiple extensions of the free 14 days to get it right. I only stay on the project becaused i was embarrassed that i told the company it would work. Don't use, amateur hour
