Set up ChannelReply a few months ago…

Set up ChannelReply a few months ago and connected our Zendesk account to our Amazon eBay and Walmart stores. Flawless process easy to use and they even helped me to configure my settings to get some of the auto responses and flows I was looking for. Team is great - my CS guys love it and it saves time and makes life easier. Would highly recommend.

Really solid service

Really solid service, team is very helpful hopped on a screenshare to set us up and make sure our Freshdesk account was fully configured. Walked us through Automated responses and the returns integration. Couple cool projects they say are coming to the roadmap. Love working with these guys on an awesome eBay and Amazon messaging tool.

Excellent product

Excellent product - found it online through a search for eBay and Amazon helpdesk connection for my Zendesk platform. Was an app in there appstore - super easy install, friendly CS team and even offered a fully customized hand held integration for me. Created some great rules for the team to trigger emails, returns, cases, etc and honestly changed the way we deal with customers! Will be trying out their feedback feature for Amazon soon I hear that it's still in Beta but I think they are releasing shortly.

Sell on eBay - Best Message Solution

If you sell on eBay and want to actually use a workable message solution this is it!! I boosted my customer service which in turn helped grow sales - will never look back!

Great Product - eBay to Zendesk!

Found them in Zendesk thread and easily connected my eBay account to my Zendesk account via their API connection. Works amazing, customer service team loves it - these guys rock. Best eBay message tool out there!
