Would not recommend this company. Misleading as the software portrayed as plug and play between Amazon and Zendesk. We were pointing out issues to Tech Support they were unaware of. She were short staff, it's not my job to help build their software tool to perform properly Took more than 6 weeks with multiple extensions of the free 14 days to get it right. I only stay on the project becaused i was embarrassed that i told the company it would work. Don't use, amateur hour
