Paid the $95, waited 18 days… called them, asked them why my card hasn’t even shipped yet if I was supposed to have it delivered by 10-14 days as it says.. they’re claimed they was backed up… I called again this time someone different, he stated my card would be in at the end of the month OR I can get a refund. I asked how long is refund take? He said 3-5 business days… I proceeded to say so I would have to wait til the end of the whole new month to receive my card? I got hung up on, they cancelled my account and state I’m being refunded… now they won’t answer the phone, and state they’re too busy but before this they never had this issue. This is a fraud company, I’d love to take to court
They charge the typical $35 charge. Then they tell you it's another $60 surprise charge. Then they charge you $75 on your card before it's shipped.
Haven't applied for their card but their website shows that they have 5 starts on trustpilot from thousands of reviews which is a blatant lie and does not make them look very trustworthy.
