I applied on the 16th of April still haven’t received my card all of the fees have been paid the same day. I reached out again yesterday threatening that if I don’t receive my card within a week I wi be taking legal action, got an email from them today saying my card is on the way so just waiting to see if it’ll come.

So I paid my fees. Etc etc. and my card was pending.. they will send me an email when my card will be shipped to my address…. That never happened. BUT! How funny that today I called C/S to request a refund and as soon as they refund processed stated 16 min later I get an another email saying. “ ur card has already shipped and u should receive it by the 27th…. “ How funny that as soon as i requested a refund OH NOW THEY WANNA SEND MY MY CARD HAS BEEN SHIPPED BS…. Paid my fees in mid April and as of May 19 there has been no shipment of a card. I'm curious as to what bank is supporting this card. I can't imagine how this could be such blatant fraud and who are the customer service people who responded to my emails? Are they still advertising on Facebook seeking new suckers?
I paid $95.00 on April 29,2026, I was approved for a credit card. The card was supposed to be shipped between 10-14 days. I keep checking the system and get the same message, “CARD PENDING”. I have placed 2 calls to the company and was told that due to the high amount of applications that the card has been delayed, but the rep could not give me a timeframe. I’m with anyone who wants to pursue filing on them. This is beyond ridiculous.
Same as everybody else. Contacting attorney general and have a lawyer willing to look into a class action lawsuit against them for fraud and what ever else they can to try to make them pay for screwing people that need the help the most. Definitely a scam or the poorest run company I have ever seen. My bank said that they will also investigate and pass on any fraudulent behavior to local and state law enforcement to help with this. If anyone has ever actually received a card please let me know.
If I could rate ZERO stars I would! April 24th I paid my 95.00 . Not to mention you had to PAY just to apply and THEN pay the next 60.00 . I talked to someone today 5/18 and he said my card hadn't even SHIPPED & he couldn't even give a time frame when it shipped! Blaming it on usps. Asked for a refund and currently waiting " 5 - 7 days" for a refund. Do not waste your time on these people. Please.
I paid the $35 fee and the $60 processing fee. No card, no update on card shipment. No more communication via email, or information on the site. NOTHING.

I paid my fees April 26th they said 10-14 days and I would receive an email when it shipped. I received nothing and customer support doesn't respond Update: I got in touch with customer service and the agent had an attitude trying to tell me my card shipment was delayed after I was assured it would ship within 10-14 business days. Then says everybody's card is delayed nah that won't work for especially after seeing people waiting months. So.i got my $96 refunded they are a scam

I’m sitting here and I’m reading these reviews and the same thing happened to me as well. I paid all the necessary fees and I was told that I had to wait 10 to 14 days to receive my card in the mail and that I will receive an email once my card is shipped. It’s been over 10 to 14 days and I have not received anything. Yes I think this company is a scam.

Same here. I paid $35 on 4/14 and $60 on 4/16 which took care of the fees that are required to start the processing of my CC and have it mailed out, it is now 5/16 and I still have not received my card. Mine went from "card on its way" to "card pending" as well. I was able to speak to a live representative previously and received the same delay message as others. I have now sent them another message stating that if this issue is not rectified immediately that I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and work on taking further legal action and a refund will be requested. We will see what happens.
