I paid my fees and yes it said 10-14 business days. Customer service said that 10-14 business days meant after it was processed or printed and that I would get an email when it shipped. I paid on April 22,2026 and today May 19, 2026 I got an email saying it has shipped. So we shall see. It says estimated delivery date May 27 - May 29. I will update
