I just spoke with Robert, and he was fabulous with handling my questions about my flight. He spoke very slowly and clearly, was also very courteous and kind throughout the entire process. This is commendable considering the potential stress that can be involved with providing exceptional customer service. Thanks Robert! It's NOT an easy job dealing with people and their frustrations, specially when its people making big decisions about flying and travel. He really did a good job and deserves to be acknowledged in some way. Give the man a raise!

Absolute disgrace of a company. Booked our tickets online and less than an hour we received a phone call stating flight isn't available for a return and needing to change the dates. Started talking and scrambling words and making us switch our flights and adding extra fees, thinking we won't understand. He was refusing to refund our money when flight booking not even 24 hrs into reservation, and at the end hanged up the phone. He made my wife cry and ruined our vacation plans. The company will be reported and Total scam.

Ordered airline tickets for my daughter. Shortly after ordering, they called her to tell her that the tickets purchased would not be delivered. Then, they told her her only option was to purchase a higher price ticket on the same airline because that airline would not refund the money for the ticket purchased (a logic error - the ticket was not purchased because it was not available). After too lengthy of a discussion, the allowed us to not pay for the ticket as an exception to their rules.
I appreciate help with Mr. Sam; he is very professional and the company is good.
