Absolute disgrace of a company. Booked our tickets online and less than an hour we received a phone call stating flight isn't available for a return and needing to change the dates. Started talking and scrambling words and making us switch our flights and adding extra fees, thinking we won't understand. He was refusing to refund our money when flight booking not even 24 hrs into reservation, and at the end hanged up the phone. He made my wife cry and ruined our vacation plans. The company will be reported and Total scam.
Ordered airline tickets for my daughter. Shortly after ordering, they called her to tell her that the tickets purchased would not be delivered. Then, they told her her only option was to purchase a higher price ticket on the same airline because that airline would not refund the money for the ticket purchased (a logic error - the ticket was not purchased because it was not available). After too lengthy of a discussion, the allowed us to not pay for the ticket as an exception to their rules.

Bait and Switch. Similar to dozens of Reddit posts, they called within 1 hour claiming booked fare wasn't available, then pressured me into booking an alternative. It would have been cheaper to book directly from the airline! All the other positive reviews are probably from themselves. [Edit] LOL, like I'm going to let you scam me again. They have called from two phone numbers: (407) 574-3095 with a Caller ID showing "St. Jude Pharmacy" and (844) 239-1314. This shows you how legit this scam shack is.
Booked a business class flight with Cheapfaremart to travel overseas and received a confirmation. It was only when I called to find out if I could reserve seats that I was told that I was not confirmed on my departure flight. They would not cancel my booking and told me I would have to pay $1,500 more to get the same flight. Total bait and switch. SCAM!!!
