All transfers were very well assisted. All tours were excellent
All accommodations were excellent with a central location to all attractions and restaurants. Drivers and escorts were all on time and waiting for us in spite of airline and train delays. We gave a description of what we wanted to do on our vacation and everything was setup perfectly.
One of the biggest helps provided was the transition escorts that would meet you at the airport, hotel, or train station and navigate you to your destination. This reduced stress. Made us feel like royalty actually. The person that guided us from our hotel in Venice to the train station made sure we got on the correct water taxi (there were several waiting). She also gave us a helpful summary of how to find the proper platform for your incoming train and things to beware of in the public station. The other piece that stood out was just the correct amount of activities per day to allow for some downtime and for some ad hoc adventures as well.
