I worked with Renee to create several different trips for clients traveling for the first time to Italy. She made the process seamless and was so quick to be able to get answers. She kept me updated every step along the way with changes, etc. She was TRULY the best I've ever worked with!
Short notice trip was amazing! We did a last minute trip to Italy - Rome and Florence and Ciao Italy tours pulled together an amazing trip for us. All the details were handled and the hotels they picked were fabulous and in great locations! They were available for questions when in Italy and had great communication. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
We had a wonderful day tour of Cinque Terre with Chiara from Ciao Italy Tours booked through ItalyTours.eu. She was very pleasant & showed us the 5 beautiful towns without rushing us. She was our guide as well as just a driver & she couldn't have been more pleasant. Best of all, we had some time left before we had to return to our ship, so she surprised us with a visit to Pisa which was not a scheduled stop. She pulled into town & stopped, telling us we won't have enough time to see the leaning tower; then she pulled the van up a few yards & there was the tower. April fools! It was in fact April 1. Dear Ciao Italy, We had the most amazing time in Italy! From the moment we stepped off the plane, everything was seamless—a chauffeur was waiting with a sign to greet us, which set the tone for the entire trip. From a stunning sunset golf cart tour through Rome, to wine tasting and pizza-making experiences, to exploring the Cathedral and the Colosseum, every moment was unforgettable. We loved the gondola rides in Venice and touring the beautiful city of Florence—each destination was more breathtaking than the last. This truly was a trip of a lifetime. From the incredible food to the beautiful hotels and outstanding customer service, everything exceeded our expectations. Ciao Italy did an exceptional job planning every detail. Rome is spectacular!! St Peter's Basilica is a must see. The only problem was the tour was not long enough for my family. There is just so much to ponder and view. We understand that there is a time frame but there just wasn't enough time to look and review all the Magnificent beauty! Christmas eve mass was a breathtaking experience with the Pope and others! If we had additional time, we would go back to experience not only the same pieces of art but even more that we were not able to review and reflect on.
Our trip to Italy was a trip of a lifetime! We arrived on Christmas Day, and it was such a special time to be in Rome. We stayed at the Palazzo Navona Hotel. We were centrally located near most of the monuments. They were only minutes away, and we felt completely safe. We rented a car to go visit family a few hours away from Rome, and the rental was seamless. All the tours we did were very personalized for the four of us. Each guide spoke very good English, were quite knowledgeable of the history of each site, and took the time to answer all our questions. When we return to Rome, we will DEFINITELY use Ciao Italy Tours again!
Our vacation was amazing thanks to Ciao Italy. Every day was something special, the tour guides were nothing less than perfect!! The hotels in Matera and Lecce were magnificent, food tastings were definitely a highlight of our vacation. Would highly recommend, not a single complaint!
