This is likely a dropshipping website. They advertise “made to order” but I think it’s for show. The dress I received was nothing like the picture. It was covered in tacky green sequins instead of delicate lilac beads. The dress had one of those cheap built in padded bras, which you can see through the fabric on the body of the dress. The quality is extremely poor. I have not heard anything after requesting a return and refund. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
Order came scrunched in a cheap plastic bag, will need to have it dry cleaned to get creases out. Back stitching under zip all puckered. Just not worth the money. Offered me 10% refund. Had better quality items delivered from Romans and Shein!

A week ago I reviewed this company regarding their failure to acknowledge my returns request. I have sent them 4 further emails detailing my intention to exercise my rights under consumer remote trading laws.Cicinia offered me a 40% refund without returning the outfit(it doesn’t fit,so I don’t want it). I haven’t excepted this ridiculous offer. They have now offered a 55% refund without returning the clothes. Again this is not the law. I have been given the details of where to return the clothes to in China. I bought the clothes from Cicinia UK site, I should be able to return them to a UK depot for the company to return. Included in my return instructions are the list of costs associated with making a return. Starting with a £20 shipping fee, there is also an undisclosed amount for a “rush fee” and an undisclosed amount for a “restocking fee”. I have a feeling that I am not going to see any refund, and I am going to be left with an outfit made up of 3 varying sized separates. I wish I had read the unbiased reviews before I ordered from this company. I honestly recommend you don’t buy from them.
The dress I ordered looked pale green and was described as mist but when it arrived it looked like a dirty white. Worst still, the quality is shockingly bad. The material was plasticky; really cheap looking. It cost £141 but really I would not pay £4 for it. I wish I could give minus stars for this review. Do not buy from this company. They do not answer emails re refunds and have very shoddy goods.
I ordered up a dress from this company. However, sadly it did not suit me. I tried at length to return the dress but only after escalating to a PayPal dispute did the Company give me a return address. I paid £151 for the dress they offered me £100. Beware if you order from this company and wish to return the refund is far less than you would get from any other Company. In order to get some cash back after returning I accepted this offer. The dress cost me £26 to return to China so I pretty much lost half of what I paid. Buyer beware with this knowledge.
I bought what looked like a beautiful dress from these when it came it was cheap, tacky, thin and see-through. Was not the beautiful dress from the pitch at all when I contacted customer service as you have to do when you need to get a return they offered me 10% refund and keep the address when I declined this and ask for the address to return the items too they’ve completely ignored every email I’ve sent. I’ve not had one reply and I must’ve sent about 10 emails to them. I paid £145 for this dress and it’s worth nothing but the bin absolutely gutted. Do not use these especially if your kids prom dresses they’re cheap fancy dress quality if that
UPDATE (24 Jan 2026): Cicinia have replied publicly on Trustpilot asking for my details. However they still have not replied to my email. My order number is ZJCN2245307UK. I am still awaiting the return address and written confirmation that a full refund to the original payment method will be issued once the item is returned, with no deductions other than those stated in their returns policy. Please provide the return address promptly so this can be resolved without further delay. I will update this review again once the refund has been completed. I purchased a dress for my mum to wear at my wedding. When it arrived, the quality and finish were poor and it looked nothing like the standard shown on the website photos, which is why we requested a refund. Instead of a straightforward return/refund in line with their policy, they offered: 1. £20 refund if we kept the dress, or 2. a £90 voucher to use in their store. They later offered to refund only 55% of the dress cost as “compensation” if we agreed to keep the dress and alter it locally. When I explained that if they did not comply with their policy I would have to raise a complaint/chargeback with my card provider, they responded: “If the credit card dispute continues on this basis, we will file a complaint with the bank.” I found this unprofessional and intimidating. After raising concerns further, they ignored our last message entirely, leaving us out of pocket without a resolution. We have written correspondence and screenshots to support everything stated above. UPDATE (25 Jan 2026): I have already provided the order number (ZJCN2245307UK) publicly on Trustpilot and previously via email. I am still awaiting the return address and confirmation of the full refund to the original payment method.
Delivery took a long time . Dress had pads added to the bust which made it a poor fit . Couldn’t return the dress without a big financial loss .
One of the dresses that was made to order had a massive round mark on the front of the dress. No time to waste as I needed the dress urgently I had to travel and purchase another one from a shop. Very disappointed. Hope no one else ever has this experience
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Even you spot you dream wedding dress or bridesmaid dress DO NOT buy! I have tried to arrange a refund of 90% and pay for p&p but they are now saying p&p will cost me more and I’ll have to pay for custom charges as their warehouse is now in China but this isn’t stated on their website. I have been offered a 50% refund but trying to get this processed is proving to be very difficult as they keep saying the refund keeps failing! Don’t know when I’ll receive a refund or whether I even will.
Refund & returns policy a scam. DO NOT USE THIS ONLINE COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE 100% SURE OF SIZES!! They assure you that they will refund 90% of your money, however, I have just been offered 25%!! I will be reporting to ombudsman/ consumer rights. Appalling service.
I wish I'd listened to the other reviews! I honestly thought I wouldn't be returning so the problems with returning wouldn't apply (I planned to just get it altered if it didn't fit right). I've been sent a different dress to the one in the images and description. They are saying the slits in the sleeve just can't be seen in the images because of the angle, there is also no mention of this in the description. I specifically bought a long sleeve dress so that my arms were covered. I had to buy a new dress, I cannot wear the one they sent. They are refusing to let me return it. I am astonished at such awful customer service. I WANT A REFUND. I'll take the 90%, I'm not bothered. But, I want a reply to my email, and I want a refund. This level of service is unacceptable and unlawful.
I purchased dresses for use as bridemaid dresses and they were unwearable. The heavily molded, very large cups (much larger that than then listed measurements) are sewn into the waist band. I requested a return and refund, and was met by several emails denying that request. The company also repeatedly asked me to take a small percentage refund and resell the dresses locally - again, they are unwearable by someone with a human female anatomy. This company is borderline a scam, and certainly does not produce quality clothing or treat its customers well. Unfortunately, I have been left with little choice but to go through the credit card dispute process instead.
