We used Cirrus blinds to supply and install electric roller blinds in our apartment in Manchester. Simon was pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and quoted reasonable prices so we placed an order with him, which included a 5 year parts and labour warranty. The installation was agreed in three different visits, lower ground, 1st floor then 2nd floor. We were excited to appoint Simon, we made an upfront payment and he started installing the blinds back in November 2023 but within the first couple of days, the nightmares began. Simon installed the blinds out of level and drilled many holes into our windows where his measurements were wrong. Simon in all fairness realigned the blinds although we were left with visible holes in our windows. We had programmed a couple of dates to install the upper floors and made further upfront payments. This is where things really started to go wrong. Simon messed us around for months and months where he didn't turn up and days that he did turn up he would arrive around 10am and leave around 3pm at best. Then he would disappear for a week book a day in and not turn up and this went on for nearly a year. Simon hasn't completed his works, He hasn't honoured his warranty to return and fix faulty goods and is now uncontactable. The list of damages he caused to our property is unbelievable, many, many holes, ceiling repairs, wardrobe top collapsed where he stood on it, and the list goes on and on. I had to employ a joiner to install pelmets because Simon couldn't install them. I had to take many holidays from work to assist him when he needed two people. I really can`t stress how bad this company is. My number is 07887606160 and I will take any call to explain fully the nightmares I have had with Cirrus Blinds. I'm now in the process of preparing court papers to claim some compensation against this company. Tony.

Simon fitted the blinds in both our school halls for us. Great service, he came in advised us what would be best for us, sourced the blinds and came and fitted them. Simon was extremely reliable and worked really hard ensuring that we got a first class service. Would highly recommend Simon for private or commercial installation.
Simon provided great advice for the fitting of our 3 bifolds with electric blinds. We are now enjoying very slick battery powered, remotely operated blinds. Although we suffered delay in the sourcing of the materials the installation by Simon was very efficient.

We've used Simon before for windows and electric roof blinds. After having new conservatory doors and windows fitted Simons was the only company we contacted as we knew he would provide a quality product and service which he did .He came on the alloted day and in fact got stuck in the snow on his way home .
Fantastic service from Simon @ Cirrus blinds. Had electric blinds installed over 15 years ago and only had 2 occasions to call him out. 1 was an adjustment required and recently contacted him as one of the blinds stopped operating. Fortunately on this occasion he didn't need to visit as it operated again after a reset. Great to know he's still contactable after many years and was happy to make the long journey to us if required ! Can't expect better service than that 👍
Simon of Cirrus Blinds installed the electric blinds for our house 14 years ago. He did an excellent job and the electric blinds system worked perfectly for decade. After 10 years guaranteed period, he still responded to our questions of some maintenance issues and kindly sent us the spare parts without charging. He came to do an overhaul maintenance for the blinds recently, with very reasonable price. He is very friendly, patient and easy to work with. We would highly recommend Simon for his works.
We got a couple of quotes for roof and window blinds for the conservatory. Cirrus were competitive with the initial quote but a big factor for us choosing them was Simon’s approach to the process of assisting us with our choices prior to finalising the quote. Simon was excellent from start to finish. He dealt with our enquiry quickly and with a great amount of knowledge, as we (perhaps unsurprisingly) needed guidance on what Velux blinds to choose etc. Simon came out to get all the details required at a time coinvent to us and placed the order as soon as we had made our decision. The turn around from order to installing was quicker than we could have hoped, instalment was quick and timings again worked around us, we even got a 5 year warranty. I would highly recommend Cirrus Blinds, we could not have asked for a better service!
