Simon helped us enormously with our choice of both bi-fold and lantern roof electric blinds and glazed back door and back window pull up blinds. He brought along a wide range of choices for us to choose from and explained in detail the whole process. Following fitting I made an error closing the blind and Simon came up (some distance) at no charge and fixed it quickly. We came across Cirrus blinds via research on the internet and it was definitely worth the effort. Simon is an independent company which we try to support where we can. We first got our quote about 3 months prior to the fitting as we were doing lots of work in the house simultaneously. Simon came around and provided all the info we needed, he is a very knowledgable guy and is not pushy in any sense. We trusted him from the outset. It was a while before we placed our order. Again Simon just waited patiently and was more than amenable with our timescales. Fitting went swimmingly and we are very happy with the product as well as the service. Finally a company that does what it says on the tin.
