Stay clear, Terrible company.

We used Cirrus blinds to supply and install electric roller blinds in our apartment in Manchester. Simon was pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and quoted reasonable prices so we placed an order with him, which included a 5 year parts and labour warranty. The installation was agreed in three different visits, lower ground, 1st floor then 2nd floor. We were excited to appoint Simon, we made an upfront payment and he started installing the blinds back in November 2023 but within the first couple of days, the nightmares began. Simon installed the blinds out of level and drilled many holes into our windows where his measurements were wrong. Simon in all fairness realigned the blinds although we were left with visible holes in our windows. We had programmed a couple of dates to install the upper floors and made further upfront payments. This is where things really started to go wrong. Simon messed us around for months and months where he didn't turn up and days that he did turn up he would arrive around 10am and leave around 3pm at best. Then he would disappear for a week book a day in and not turn up and this went on for nearly a year. Simon hasn't completed his works, He hasn't honoured his warranty to return and fix faulty goods and is now uncontactable. The list of damages he caused to our property is unbelievable, many, many holes, ceiling repairs, wardrobe top collapsed where he stood on it, and the list goes on and on. I had to employ a joiner to install pelmets because Simon couldn't install them. I had to take many holidays from work to assist him when he needed two people. I really can`t stress how bad this company is. My number is 07887606160 and I will take any call to explain fully the nightmares I have had with Cirrus Blinds. I'm now in the process of preparing court papers to claim some compensation against this company. Tony.
