I like the product and the customs service
The order, delivery, and product itself is great. Five stars. The included instructions are not very detailed and none of the connections for the products purchased together worked with each other. This just required more crimping and splicing than anticipated. Once completed, the sound was great, and the look is amazing. Did have one issue when the radio would not function after it was tested, wired, tested again, and installed. It just stopped working. Performed the factory reset and that seemed to work. Again, all in all, a good experience.
I installed my 4 door planes and there some inprofection in the quality of the door panels. One of front door panel is smaller then the original one. One panel has a pissed spot that is pressed on the vinyl. There is metal pushing out on one of the rear panels. Not happy with the quality of the door panels of my 1963 inpapla 4 door. It was not worth the cost to buy these new panels. Very disappointed! I have pictures to show the panels.
I Like Your Site BUT, The Problem is having to WAIT 5 TO 6 Weeks to Get Simple Parts. And I am Still Waiting for a Pair Of NOTHING SPECIAL Front Shocks For A 1966 Mustang Coupe.
I bought 69 Impala gas tank, they sold me 39in straps that need to be 45in and they don't even carry those. Returns are impossible and a pain. Not happy with the service provided.
I did not get the part I ordered. I ordered a 57 Pontiac Sending you with a 516 Line. What I got was a 58 Chevy sending unit with a 38 line. When I called to report that I did not get the right part number they sent me over to the online person that handles that Part of the business. I don't remember her name but she was one of the most rudest argumentative people that I've ever dealt with and she needs to be fired or sent to some kind of a school for customer service training. I kept telling her that I'd order send a unit for a 57 Pontiac that was different from what I got and she said no you got what you ordered I said no I didn't and even it is not the right part number. The part you sent looked good and for that I'd give you a couple of stars but for customer service I'd probably rate you a negative 5 stars if it was possible.
Well first off I had to call 2 times to get my package as label was not readable. When package came it was wrong. Then as the right one was being shipped I had to call 2 times again as package was shipping I don’t know what’s going on there. I was told I wouldn’t have to pay ups import fees as I already did for the first shipment that was wrong. Now I get an import charge. I had to call again and I get no call back from resolution team to fix this. The person on the phone couldn’t fix it and asked me to return it that is horrible. Not once has classic industries made this right and expedite this package or offer any compensation for there incompetence.
Parts fit great!! 👍🏻
I have purchased many items from Classic
Too many email and only option is all in or all out so I keep unsubscribing after purchases. How about we can choose the level of notifications or content we care about vs just getting hammered with spam?
