I contacted Graham via email with an enquiry about a bespoke bed frame for my Vw caddy and he replied almost instantly on a Sunday evening. Graham was amazingly helpful sent me a proposed drawing so that i could check it and get the measurements he required. He’s done an amazing job on my bed, his work was quick, the postage was very reasonable and it arrived well packaged. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him as the quality is great and his customer service is second to none.

The swing out towbar I ordered arrived on the date that it was promised. The packaging was substantial and prevented the item being damaged whilst in transit. I contacted Graeme about his swing out tow bar bike rack metal work and following that discussion I drove from Northumberland to Withernsea as he said he would fit it and I'd save £40 postage. I spent £50 on fuel and it was certainly worth it. Graeme is a skilled guy and pleasant to deal with. He fitted a further bracket to make it very stable. A first class job and I highly recommend his skills and his products. The steel is fully galvanised,

Just over a year ago I bought a swing out tow bar from Graham at Close Innovations. At the time, I said I'd wait a year before I gave an honest review of a years worth of use. I can honestly say this is a genius product for my family van . It stays on all the the time and makes little to no difference to the day to day use. With it in use with 4 bikes, I can easily get Access to the rear barn doors to be able to get Access to the dog cage for my 3 Labradors. Top product and top service.

Vw caddy maxi side sliding bed with rear pull out 1000mm draw Spoke to Graham regarding bed, As the bed wasn’t standard Graham came up with a few ideas that worked spot on. Hardly any difference in price compared to MDF or plywood, but built to last Great communication , arrived when told Can’t recommend close innovations enough
