Easy to use and send link to friends colleagues to contribute. Able to leave personalised.mwssage with donation. Although free to send e voucher there is a small fee £2.50 to transfer funds to bank
This is such a useful app when collecting amongst school parents for school gifts, leavers party etc. It’s such a simple way of sharing a link for parents to send money. No exchanging of bank details and regular updates from the app to keep a tally of who’s paid. It makes life so much simpler!
No complains at all, very simple and very easy to use. The app is very intuitive and even when I needed extra information with the money withdrawal, the support team was very quick in responding. 10/10

Works well enough but charged a fee of £5 on a £30 pound gift which in my book is way to much - felt stung and would not choose them myself.
My colleagues created a pot to collect money on my retirement. I managed to create an electronic issue due to my IPad suddenly coming out of the transfer process while following a link within the notification email. I started the process again but managed to use one of my other email addresses ! Infact I had now created 2 separate accounts . I then went on holiday When I came back I finally realised there were two accounts , I also logged in via the web and looked for info on how to contact Collctiv via the site. They were incredibly helpful and said the money was showing up. The member of staff who was allocated to help me gave me step by step instructions and said if I still was having any problem or was unsure about anything to email her again. I was thanks to her able to transfer the funds to my bank account .

Great wee app. Making collecting money very easy. Just need to remember to start withdrawing a few days before needed to avoid any fees.
I was sent some money using this app but found it really time consuming to simply get it transferred to me, and as I’d not picked the service a bit annoying to have to upload ID, and take pictures (not sure how that even verified me since it didn’t ask for photo ID?). The FAQs don’t explain anything about how to transfer money out.
I have just started using the Collctiv and it has been extremely easy to do. I have found navigating throughout it to be very easy. Would recommend to anyone
