They pay me the money, but within 48 hours (too long, it should be immediately)
My colleagues created a pot to collect money on my retirement. I managed to create an electronic issue due to my IPad suddenly coming out of the transfer process while following a link within the notification email. I started the process again but managed to use one of my other email addresses ! Infact I had now created 2 separate accounts . I then went on holiday When I came back I finally realised there were two accounts , I also logged in via the web and looked for info on how to contact Collctiv via the site. They were incredibly helpful and said the money was showing up. The member of staff who was allocated to help me gave me step by step instructions and said if I still was having any problem or was unsure about anything to email her again. I was thanks to her able to transfer the funds to my bank account .
Easy to use and set up Trustworthy Safe and secure Can add messages for the recipient etc Love that it is free! I have recommended it to my friends The only minor reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because they ask for too many personal information when withdrawing the money. Not sure why they need things like passport/driving licences and utility bills to be uploaded for simple withdrawal. Other than that, they are excellent!
