Complex is absolutely awesome! I was lucky enough to secure a pair of these limited kicks and they are awesome! The leather is buttery soft, impeccable stitching with vivid colors making these my go-to sneaker for the summer. As a collector I can appreciate receiving a box in good condition and Complex managed to deliver with out a scratch on the box. I am more than elated with my purchase and would recommend them to any and everyone.

Horrible customer service. They don't cancel orders, and then was working through cancelling an item and was told no cancellations or shipping refunds. Fine. I left them good feedback for trying and moved on, and sold the shirt. Then they came back saying the shirt was cancelled over a week later after e-mailing me about a 2-4 week shipping delay (which by the way allows me to legally cancel my entire order now). Then they can't do anything about it or even waive shipping on a new order to fix it. I will never shop here again!
The merch is really good quality and though i was weary at first of buying because i didnt know the store my order was shipped quickly and arrived soon and without issues despite being international shipping. Amazing service!
package came late after paying extras in duties, while not the company’s fault, but shift fits odd / incorrect and they don’t allow exchanges or returns. so i spent extra to get a shirt quickly that ended up being late and doesn't even fit well.

The shoe box itself looked like it had been ran over and smashed. The shipping box was fine so Complex is at fault.

Terrible quality and you can’t even return
Would of been 5 stars but as fed ex was used they charged me more than the import duty was just to release my package from customs. Complex is great and their products are great

I ordered a cap from Complex in October (it is now march) and I still haven’t received the order. Nor have I gotten my money back. Their customer service is an absolute nightmare. I would never recommend Complex to anyone - not even my worst enemy. Run away before they steal your money.
