My item was not delivered. I have an account to use the lockers it was supposedly delivered to. A custom code is sent to retrieve any packages in these lockers. No history of package delivery was ever received because the item was not left in the locker. It's a scam. I got ripped off and the company refuses to claim any responsibility for the carrier that stole it.
Got it faster than expected and the shirt is AWESOME!! High quality T shirt and such an easy site to purchase from ! If you see something you like buy it as Complex is such a great shopping experience and exclusive items you’ll be sure to hear “that’s so cool, where did you buy that”. Deceitment on Complex.com for not properly highlighting important details pertaining to the items description and falsely advertising the wrong limited edition number quantity of the item bought. When I realized that the item was not guaranteed to be autographed, I reached out to cancel my order and was informed that all sales were final. Item was first listed as limited quantity of 300 and later changed to a pre-order which made me feel like I was deceived. My item was suppose to be 1 out of 300 but the numbers on the back of my card was #35 out of 50 I spend $49.99 plus shipping and tax thinking that my item was automatically autographed, and it was not properly listed that only 10 cards would come autographed. If that was boldly described and not hidden in the description, I would not have made the purchase, especially since I can get the same exact card off the website for $19.99 without autograph. Complex.com failed to properly note the very limited chance of getting the item autographed and would not refund my order before it was shipped. I feel completely ripped off by my purchase and would recommend that the company readjust the detailed description of an item that was very expensive and not received as promised
The worst retailer I've ever used! I wouldn't send my worst enemy to use complex.com. The customer service is awful. The cancellation policy is a joke. Then I had my order cancelled but ONLY when I emailed asking for an update they replied saying it's out of stock even though it was in stock when I ordered 3 months earlier!!! on PreOrder!!! If you're reading this don't give them your time or money they deserve to go bankrupt!
I spent 310.00 and cant fit the outfit with black stains all over it in which I did not expect. All I ask for is a refund

Would never buy from this company. I spent $182.28 buying a few items like stickers, a pair of socks, keychain and a hat. They sent everything in a tiny box minus the $50 hat. I IMMEDIATELY contacted them to see what was going on. They made me go through some chat only process. Later they sent me a random pic of a person in a warehouse packing a hat and saying it’s my package. This is laughable bc there was zero proof that was my box and there was no way that was possible since I never received the hat. I contacted them several more times trying to resolve this since this was supposed to be a gift for someone else. They’ve ignored me and never refunded me. Now I have to file a credit card dispute.
Had the worst experience of my life shopping with these guys. They sold me a limited edition item (1-150) that cost me over $1000 dollars and after a month of no updates on tracking/shipping I decided to reach out. Turns out they sold an exclusive item that they didn't have in stock, and if I didn't reach out to them they were just gonna keep my money and never ship it? Unbelievable really. I am never going to buy anything from this company ever again, extremely frustrated. On top of that they offered me a 20% off code for my troubles? Hilarious almost.

Buyer beware: all sales are final The company make returning items items impossible. There is no stated return policy when purchasing. When clicking on shipping and returns link it simply says ships in 3 days. - does not provide a shipping label -does not have an online portal to initiate a return -portal is only provided after emailing - Company has different stated online return policies online but policy is not noted when purchasing. -polices online are include no return, 2 weeks and when speaking with an agent one week
I would give this a zero star. I placed an order with a delivery date for 12/19. Received an email on 12/19 saying production delayed and will be shipped 7 days from 12/26. Received shipping notification on 1/10. Then 1/11 received email saying another delay due to production. Why send out a shipping notification if there is another production delay? I think this company accepted too many on-line orders and not enough product. You are not a small company and should be able to figure out your production issue.
I love shopping at Complex, I never realized how many products they have available from different sources until I checked out the website. Pleasantly surprised at all the choices they have. It's nice to discover different brands that I never knew about. Recently picked up this Mike Tyson shirt for a steal. Super great quality. Some of their clothing is priced higher but it's nice to have different options of price points. Overall, great experience. Will be shopping more in the future.
The first time I ordered from complex, I waited two months until I finally got them to give me a refund. Shipping should not take that long. December of 2025, I decided to give them one last chance, I ordered over $250 worth of clothing and it is now mid January of 2026. They are repeating this issue. They don’t want to ship our goods and tell me they won’t give me a refund. I will never shop on COMPLEX ever again. I shop online almost every day from 100s of places but have never dealt with this issue elsewhere. Buyers beware
