Buyer beware

Buyer beware: all sales are final The company make returning items items impossible. There is no stated return policy when purchasing. When clicking on shipping and returns link it simply says ships in 3 days. - does not provide a shipping label -does not have an online portal to initiate a return -portal is only provided after emailing - Company has different stated online return policies online but policy is not noted when purchasing. -polices online are include no return, 2 weeks and when speaking with an agent one week

I would give this a zero star

I would give this a zero star. I placed an order with a delivery date for 12/19. Received an email on 12/19 saying production delayed and will be shipped 7 days from 12/26. Received shipping notification on 1/10. Then 1/11 received email saying another delay due to production. Why send out a shipping notification if there is another production delay? I think this company accepted too many on-line orders and not enough product. You are not a small company and should be able to figure out your production issue.

The first time I ordered from complex

The first time I ordered from complex, I waited two months until I finally got them to give me a refund. Shipping should not take that long. December of 2025, I decided to give them one last chance, I ordered over $250 worth of clothing and it is now mid January of 2026. They are repeating this issue. They don’t want to ship our goods and tell me they won’t give me a refund. I will never shop on COMPLEX ever again. I shop online almost every day from 100s of places but have never dealt with this issue elsewhere. Buyers beware

Horrible Company

I had a terrible experience with Complex. I placed an order on December 18 and paid an additional $40 for 2-day shipping. Weeks later, I still have not received my order. There is no working order tracking system, customer service is only available via email, and no one responds. There is no phone number to speak with a representative, which makes resolving issues nearly impossible. Paying for expedited shipping and receiving no product or communication is unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed and will not be ordering from this company again. I wouldn’t recommend anyone ordering from them because if you do, you won’t get your product and it’s money wasted.

Poor quality control and even worse customer service

The shoes arrived with a noticeable black spot on them. I contacted the company and was given a vague response that they were ‘reaching out to a vendor’ and would get back to me. That never happened. I’ve heard nothing from Joshua at Complex since. Poor quality control and even worse customer service. Won't be ordering from this site ever again.

Took over a month to ship my order

Took over a month to ship my order. Meanwhile item went on sale at $10 off even though they didn't ship my copy till after their sale. Slowest shipping ever. First and last time ordering from them.

I ordered the Eminem Stans hoodie

I ordered the Eminem Stans hoodie. The description doesn't give a size chart so I emailed customer service to inquire about their sizes and they couldn't give me any details. They mentioned there was no size chart to refer to and so they weren't able to help me find my size at all. I Googled what complex hoodies generally fit like and many reviews mentioned they're oversized, based on that I ordered a size down. When it arrived, it was too small and they do not accept returns. Also the quality wasn't the best, wasnt thick, felt cheap. Now I'm stuck with a hoodie I can't wear. Took a few days to ship, arrived pretty quick. Even though customer service wasnt helpful, they still responded to my inquiry. If there was a size chart attached to the description and they accepted returns, they would get more than just 1 star even if I didn't find the quality that great.

I've had one of the worst experiences…

I've had one of the worst experiences ever with Complex! Placed an order months ago and up to now, I still don't have the item. I requested a refund and it was denied. I received an email saying the order was delivered but it was not! I just want my freaking money back!!
