Horrible customer service. They don't cancel orders, and then was working through cancelling an item and was told no cancellations or shipping refunds. Fine. I left them good feedback for trying and moved on, and sold the shirt. Then they came back saying the shirt was cancelled over a week later after e-mailing me about a 2-4 week shipping delay (which by the way allows me to legally cancel my entire order now). Then they can't do anything about it or even waive shipping on a new order to fix it. I will never shop here again!
package came late after paying extras in duties, while not the company’s fault, but shift fits odd / incorrect and they don’t allow exchanges or returns. so i spent extra to get a shirt quickly that ended up being late and doesn't even fit well.
The shoe box itself looked like it had been ran over and smashed. The shipping box was fine so Complex is at fault.

My mom ordered an NBA YoungBoy card for my birthday, and she said it It would be delivered here on March 31. Now it is April 6, and there is still no update.Just a bad place to order your stuff on Not responding to email the is more then ridiculous
I ordered a cap from Complex in October (it is now march) and I still haven’t received the order. Nor have I gotten my money back. Their customer service is an absolute nightmare. I would never recommend Complex to anyone - not even my worst enemy. Run away before they steal your money.
My item was not delivered. I have an account to use the lockers it was supposedly delivered to. A custom code is sent to retrieve any packages in these lockers. No history of package delivery was ever received because the item was not left in the locker. It's a scam. I got ripped off and the company refuses to claim any responsibility for the carrier that stole it.
Deceitment on Complex.com for not properly highlighting important details pertaining to the items description and falsely advertising the wrong limited edition number quantity of the item bought. When I realized that the item was not guaranteed to be autographed, I reached out to cancel my order and was informed that all sales were final. Item was first listed as limited quantity of 300 and later changed to a pre-order which made me feel like I was deceived. My item was suppose to be 1 out of 300 but the numbers on the back of my card was #35 out of 50 I spend $49.99 plus shipping and tax thinking that my item was automatically autographed, and it was not properly listed that only 10 cards would come autographed. If that was boldly described and not hidden in the description, I would not have made the purchase, especially since I can get the same exact card off the website for $19.99 without autograph. Complex.com failed to properly note the very limited chance of getting the item autographed and would not refund my order before it was shipped. I feel completely ripped off by my purchase and would recommend that the company readjust the detailed description of an item that was very expensive and not received as promised
The worst retailer I've ever used! I wouldn't send my worst enemy to use complex.com. The customer service is awful. The cancellation policy is a joke. Then I had my order cancelled but ONLY when I emailed asking for an update they replied saying it's out of stock even though it was in stock when I ordered 3 months earlier!!! on PreOrder!!! If you're reading this don't give them your time or money they deserve to go bankrupt!
I spent 310.00 and cant fit the outfit with black stains all over it in which I did not expect. All I ask for is a refund

Would never buy from this company. I spent $182.28 buying a few items like stickers, a pair of socks, keychain and a hat. They sent everything in a tiny box minus the $50 hat. I IMMEDIATELY contacted them to see what was going on. They made me go through some chat only process. Later they sent me a random pic of a person in a warehouse packing a hat and saying it’s my package. This is laughable bc there was zero proof that was my box and there was no way that was possible since I never received the hat. I contacted them several more times trying to resolve this since this was supposed to be a gift for someone else. They’ve ignored me and never refunded me. Now I have to file a credit card dispute.
Had the worst experience of my life shopping with these guys. They sold me a limited edition item (1-150) that cost me over $1000 dollars and after a month of no updates on tracking/shipping I decided to reach out. Turns out they sold an exclusive item that they didn't have in stock, and if I didn't reach out to them they were just gonna keep my money and never ship it? Unbelievable really. I am never going to buy anything from this company ever again, extremely frustrated. On top of that they offered me a 20% off code for my troubles? Hilarious almost.
