Terrible customer communication. After waiting three months, our sofa was only partly delivered on 11th February. We paid extra for delivery and assembly, but only two of the four parcels arrived and no assembly was offered. After unpacking it ourselves, we discovered two more parcels were missing. Now we’re being told it could be at least another week. Simply not good enough from Cozmo and Empire Delivery.
