An amazing experience buying my new car with them. Ben was absolutely fantastic, so helpful and in constant contact throughout the process, can not fault his customer service. The car was delivered to my home and on the morning of delivery Ben called to ensure we were all ready, car was delivery by a lovely gentleman who ensured all was ok with the car then Ben checked in after delivery. I would 100% recommend this company to buy from prob the best company I have purchased from.

So I came in looking for a car, and Matt was so helpful, gave me all the information, went through everything and went over things I didn’t understand. I was never pushed to buy a car where a lot of places only want a sale regardless, I changed my mind a few times on what I was looking for. This wasn’t an issue for Matt. He kept in contact and once I found a car I had it within a week. I had a problem with the car and it was sorted the same day. Lovely service and Matt is a credit to the company. I don’t think I’ll go elsewhere for cars in the future now. Lovely service, polite and very quick.

I have now brought 2 cars from Croyland and have been helped my Jamie Burton each time and now he would always be my first point of call if I wanted a new car as he is accommodating, supportive, honest and found me the car I wanted with every exact detail. He was extremely helpful answering every question and query I had at whatever time during the day I asked them. Cannot thank him enough! I also always recommend him to anyone that says they like my car & want a new one themselves.
