I am now a size 16, rather than a size 20/22. So that makes me feel fabulous. All my family and friends comment on how well I am looking. I am so happy to be losing weight without making myself ill from starving myself. Curate consistently cost me less than all the other providers, not just the first order like most companies do as an incentive to join them, but with every order. They send out my orders quickly, and they come chilled every time in an insulated bag containing its own ice pack to ensure it stays chilled until I am ready to put it in my fridge. I have been losing weight by eating healthily and my portion sizes are smaller these days because I feel fuller sooner and for longer..

Curate offers the best prices for weight loss medication and always offer discount codes. The only downside is the repeat prescription process, where a long questionnaire is still required, answering the same questions as previously. It would be easier if they just asked if there are any medical changes. I can now pay for my medication using Klarna, which helps with manage paying for my medication.
Absolutely shocking how a company can operate as this one does. Little to no communication. Very quick to take your money but take their sweet time to respond. Taken money but have not supplied the goods I have paid for. AVOID!!!
I ordered a Wegovy pen on 1st April and, despite the date, this experience has been no joke. It’s now been ten days, and my order still hasn’t arrived. I’ve been with Curate since the start of my weight‑loss journey, but the service has gone downhill. Dispatch times after approval keep getting longer, and there’s no reliable communication or sense of urgency. This will be my final order with Curate. When it comes to medication, you need a supplier you can trust to deliver on time. Curate is no longer reliable, and I can’t risk my health waiting on inconsistent service.
Abysmal ‘service’. Shockingly awful. Ordered and PAID for mounjaro on Monday, March 30th, an entire week before needing it. Had my video meeting the following morning. Got an email to say I needed scales, a tape measure and ID for this meeting - you’re only told to have these available AFTER paying and then no one asked me for ID or to measure myself on the call after all. Meeting completed, told I would get a phone call in 20 minutes. I did and they wanted evidence of my last two orders. I didn’t have this to hand - would have made sense to advise me they needed this before the call. I sent the documents within 30 minutes and then after several emails to chase this up was eventually told it was ‘approved’ (Tuesday March 31st). My order was actually showing as ‘approved’ since I paid on Monday, 30th but that’s another issue. After a week of chasing this on every platform possible I’m told it was dispatched (Tuesday April 7th) the day I’m due to jab, therefore messing up my schedule. DPD finally delivered it today, Thursday April 8th - 10 days after paying for it. DO NOT order from here. Unreliable and unprofessional. Not worth the initial discount. Due to their mess up I went back to my original supplier Rightangled. Placed an order with them on Monday at 8pm, approved the following morning, with me by Wednesday April 8th. Less than 48 hours turnaround time. Curate employees, take note. ***EDIT for their reply*** Your website states you aim to ship orders within 48 hours once approved. This did not happen. I received no such email about extended delivery times. Feel free to forward this fictional document to me. It’s poor customer service to immediately take a customers payment and then be incredibly vague about when they’ll receive their order. It’s even worse when you’ve made a customer jump through hoops for that order and to confirm TWICE the date they need that medication for, and then just not bother to deliver by that time. Do better.
