Ordered and approved over a week ago yet still waiting for my item to be delivered, despite being told it would be delivered 4 days ago. Got charged £5 "next day delivery" as well - pointless!! Will not be ordering from Curate again - awful service and waiting times.
I’ve been currently taking monjaro since the price increases I’ve been shopping around from the best prices from med express and curate and I’ve never had such issues with med express as I do with curate I’ve sent them proof of my previous prescription from medexpress and they want a consultation when I’ve started it with them and getting the monjaro the month before with them I know others that shop around and they have no issues, this is the second time I’ve had a problem now and lost money because when I cancel my order I get a cancellation fee when I’m not the one with the caused the issue I’m so angry as I can’t continue my journey now on monjaro as I e had enough now of this issue I’ll never ever use curate again
Curate has failed to acknowledge my most recent order and I will miss my next dose. Time to change providers! Edit: The below response is incredibly misleading. Their "Easter timelines" was sent 29 Mar and said orders approved by 31 Mar would be shipped before Easter. I placed my order and it was confirmed on 30 March. However, it was not "approved" until 7 Apr! I can only control the date I order, not when their employee doctors actually action/approve it! I acted within 24 hours of their communication and still missed a dose.
Made me jump through all the hoops and then refused me and took £15 from me for the privilege, joke of a company AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I placed an order, booked the online consultation and the curate representative didn’t bother to log on! Emailed immediately and have been ignored. They are so good at taking your money but you have to jump through hoops to get the product.
placed order in plenty of time and was approved, yet still order not dispatched despite the terms and conditions stating this will be dispatched within 48 hours of being approved. When I contacted customer service I was told it should be with me by end of the week! that's not good enough when we are advised to take medication at the same time each week... what kind of a response is that?!
