Ridiculously Delayed & difficulty after checkout.

Jumped through hoops to be approved. (alot more requirements compared with other companies). After the video call with a doctor who rushes you around the house for 10 minutes asking for 10 different things - a prescriber phones from the pharmacy to let you know whether or not you've been approved and answer any questions. I mentioned I need my order before Friday as I was due then, this was obviously palmed off after being reassured. Then had to chase up my order a week later as I hadn't even received a dispatch email. Again, compared with every other company I've used (Used 5 others since October) that is shockingly long. Definitely better options out there with the same or better prices. Wish I checked the reviews on here before bothering.

I am sick of having to chase my orders. They take payment for mext day delivery and takes a week to receive. I will not be ordering from.them again .

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. I was on Mounjaro and wanted to switch to this supplier and ordered my normal next higher dose, paid and gone through all the assessment online and video call. Then I recieved a call from the prescriber they wanted to prescribe the lower dose I was on rather than uptitrate and this is their policy. I was not happy with this, and clearly mentioned no check out of the hundered things I completed before payment said I will get the lower dose. They refunded with deduction of processing fees, despite that they are the ones who failed to provide this information before payment, and they are the ones who did not want to process the order. I consider this fraud which they are masking in a policy they never tell you about before payment.

I will never ever be using Curate…

I will never ever be using Curate Health again. Their lack of responses and slow turnaround time has been incredibly frustrating. The pushes needed to ship an order, and being given wrong information on when the order will ship has completely affected my medication schedule. They advertise that it’s 24 hours for approval, 48 hours for dispatch and an additional 48 to arrive. This is a bold faced lie. To say I am disappointed is an understatement for a service that is seemingly simple.

Terrible service so far and I haven’t even received my order yet, it’s not even been dispatched. I ordered over a week ago and their service is extremely slow in comparison to other weight loss prescribers. Over the past year I’ve used several, shopping around for the best deals each month so I have experienced excellent service but this company are not one I would recommend unfortunately. Slow to respond, urgent means wait another 2 days to them it seems. Then they tell lies and say they have tried to call when they actually haven’t tried to call at all. Absolutely awful. When I complained there was no genuine apology just some representative trying to shift the blame onto their customer rather than accept how slow they have been to respond. I couldn’t be more disappointed to be honest. Apparently if I cancel it will cost me £25! Disgusting!! AVOID this company!! UPDATE I finally received my order yesterday (14.05.26) over 2 weeks after I placed my order. I even had to chase it again on whatsapp. I can honestly say that it was an awful experience, so slow and because of the slowness I was late with a dose. As I said before I compared this experience with other companies providing the same service who I have used and this one was very poor in terms of customer service and prompt response times. Such a shame.

Really disappointed with Curate

Really disappointed with Curate. I placed my order on Sunday (Order #433950), was approved quickly, but since then there’s been no dispatch update and barely any communication. I’ve used this service before and never had this issue, which makes it even more frustrating. It’s disappointing to be left waiting with no clear update or anyone reaching out properly. I expected much better based on my previous experiences.

Pure frustration

Curate somehow added a completely different address to my order which meant medication got sent to the wrong place. Almost 2 weeks of chasing and still no delivery. Curate contact form online takes a long time to get a reply to making it hard to know what’s going on and totally frustrating leaving me with the only option to maybe get a response by leaving this review

I am disappointed with Curate’s…

I am disappointed with Curate’s handling of my recent delivery (Order 429039). This parcel contained Mounjaro, a temperature-sensitive medical product that clearly should not be returned to a depot under any circumstances. Despite this, the driver marked the delivery as “missed” and took it away, with a redelivery scheduled for the following day. This is not a standard item. It requires proper storage, and there is now no clear assurance that it has been kept within the required temperature range. If this has not been handled correctly, the medication could be compromised and unsafe to use. What makes this worse is the complete lack of proactive communication or reassurance about how the item is being stored. When dealing with medical supplies, this level of carelessness is unacceptable. Customers should be able to trust that essential, temperature-controlled items are handled with appropriate care and urgency. Right now, I have no confidence that this has been done. I expect full transparency and accountability, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before relying on this service for anything important or time-sensitive.

If I could give nought I would

Ordered medication for my wife and I on the 17th April We have both changed our minds and have asked for a refund.Have sent emails and tried to ring them with no reply I buy this order online. You should get a 14 day cooling off period will not use this company again curate Health 29 april

I placed my order on 14/4/26 my…

I placed my order on 14/4/26 my consultation appointment was 17/4/26. I was then informed I would be contacted by the pharmacy team later on. The pharmacy team contacted me on 20/04/26 which they approved my order. It’s now the 22/04/26 at the time of this review my pen has not been shipped. I won’t be ordering from curate again if this is the new service.

Absolutely shocking how a company can operate as this one does. Little to no communication. Very quick to take your money but take their sweet time to respond. Taken money but have not supplied the goods I have paid for. AVOID!!!

Who Needs Wegovy When You Can Lose Weight Waiting

I ordered a Wegovy pen on 1st April and, despite the date, this experience has been no joke. It’s now been ten days, and my order still hasn’t arrived. I’ve been with Curate since the start of my weight‑loss journey, but the service has gone downhill. Dispatch times after approval keep getting longer, and there’s no reliable communication or sense of urgency. This will be my final order with Curate. When it comes to medication, you need a supplier you can trust to deliver on time. Curate is no longer reliable, and I can’t risk my health waiting on inconsistent service.

Abysmal ‘service’

Abysmal ‘service’. Shockingly awful. Ordered and PAID for mounjaro on Monday, March 30th, an entire week before needing it. Had my video meeting the following morning. Got an email to say I needed scales, a tape measure and ID for this meeting - you’re only told to have these available AFTER paying and then no one asked me for ID or to measure myself on the call after all. Meeting completed, told I would get a phone call in 20 minutes. I did and they wanted evidence of my last two orders. I didn’t have this to hand - would have made sense to advise me they needed this before the call. I sent the documents within 30 minutes and then after several emails to chase this up was eventually told it was ‘approved’ (Tuesday March 31st). My order was actually showing as ‘approved’ since I paid on Monday, 30th but that’s another issue. After a week of chasing this on every platform possible I’m told it was dispatched (Tuesday April 7th) the day I’m due to jab, therefore messing up my schedule. DPD finally delivered it today, Thursday April 8th - 10 days after paying for it. DO NOT order from here. Unreliable and unprofessional. Not worth the initial discount. Due to their mess up I went back to my original supplier Rightangled. Placed an order with them on Monday at 8pm, approved the following morning, with me by Wednesday April 8th. Less than 48 hours turnaround time. Curate employees, take note. ***EDIT for their reply*** Your website states you aim to ship orders within 48 hours once approved. This did not happen. I received no such email about extended delivery times. Feel free to forward this fictional document to me. It’s poor customer service to immediately take a customers payment and then be incredibly vague about when they’ll receive their order. It’s even worse when you’ve made a customer jump through hoops for that order and to confirm TWICE the date they need that medication for, and then just not bother to deliver by that time. Do better.

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent order (Order #423890) and to request a full refund. I previously contacted you to cancel my video consultation and explained the issues I encountered. However, I have received no response whatsoever. To reiterate, I was unable to complete the required video consultation due to your system limitations. The consultation requires Google Meet and a matching email address, which was not clearly communicated at the beginning. As my registered email is not linked to a Google account, I was unable to access the consultation. In addition, the process itself is unclear and inefficient. I was informed that a follow-up phone call would still be required after the video consultation, which raises concerns about the necessity of the video consultation. The earliest available appointment was also delayed, causing unnecessary inconvenience. I have since cancelled the video consultation and have clear evidence confirming that the appointment has been successfully cancelled. However, your system still does not reflect this, which is extremely concerning. Furthermore: • My request remains “not yet submitted” despite following all required steps • I am unable to submit feedback through your website due to apparent technical issues • I have received no response from customer support despite multiple contact attempts This situation demonstrates serious issues with your system reliability and customer service. It is unacceptable that I am unable to properly complete or cancel my order while receiving no assistance. Given these circumstances, I expect a full refund with no cancellation or administrative fees, as these issues are clearly not caused by me. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the issue through my bank (chargeback) and report this to the relevant regulatory bodies. I expect your urgent response.
