Really disappointed with the service…

Really disappointed with the service from Curate Health. Nowhere on their site does it suggest that you will have to book a video consultation, which isn't available on the weekend. It's a struggle to find an appointment after 5pm. So means despite ordering I have to wait until Tuesday at the earliest, before they then have the meeting. Then you apparently get a phone call a few days later, then they send. So worth noting this is nearly a week long process. To cancel the order (which you can't do automatically) you get charged a £15 admin fee and a £10 fee for the consultation you haven't booked and hadn't actually cost them money. I wouldn't mind if they were upfront before paying... But of course, they aren't. You pay the £200+ before they tell you any of these details.
