Curate Health has severely inconsistent service delivery with a 2.8/5 rating driven by chronic delays in dispatch and approval, poor communication, and hidden fees that contradict advertised timelines, though a minority of loyal customers report satisfactory experiences.

Everything great apart from paying for next day delivery but not getting it next day
Generally been ok. I’ve had a couple instances in the past where delivery has taken a couple weeks and I’ve had to chase it up but the orders were always fulfilled.
I tried to save a little money and thought I'd try curate for my mounjaro. They have good reviews. However there is poor warning a video call may be needed which was faff on my behalf. You also have to use the email address you signed up with when booking this video call, if this isn't linked to your Google account you cannot join the video call. You also get sent a link once you make the appointment but this isn't told when booking the appointment, this email link can go to junk mail. Be warned you can get charged for missed appointments, luckily on this occasion I contacted them through their website and they got back to me quite quickly despite it saying up to 5 days. The issue was resolved and I was sent a new link to re book. No charges. I have given them a 4/5 due to the lack of notification before ordering regarding the video call and Google account, not everyone has one of these.
