My medication did not arrive to me but the courier had taken a photo of it been accepted by someone and the door!! I called the courier they apologised gave me a code to report it to Curate!! I called Curate spoke to Danielle who apologised, but she could check the couriers location of the van when it was delivered and the photo taken which she could see I think more clearly than the one sent to me.....the door , colour of the door etc and she checked Google maps and could advise that it looked as though it was delivered a couple of doors down from me. She apologised for the inconvenience but suggested that if I could go to the house to see if they had taken it in. Sure enough it was correct and the medication was there. The neighbour took it in, thinking we were out. So thankfully got it. Danielle was really lovely to talk to and switched on to check where the courier DPD had parked and possibly delivered to. They are my neighbours..... Danielle was really helpful, apologetic for the inconvenience the courier had caused and solved their mistake. Thank you .

I am now a size 16, rather than a size 20/22. So that makes me feel fabulous. All my family and friends comment on how well I am looking. I am so happy to be losing weight without making myself ill from starving myself. Curate consistently cost me less than all the other providers, not just the first order like most companies do as an incentive to join them, but with every order. They send out my orders quickly, and they come chilled every time in an insulated bag containing its own ice pack to ensure it stays chilled until I am ready to put it in my fridge. I have been losing weight by eating healthily and my portion sizes are smaller these days because I feel fuller sooner and for longer..

Curate offers the best prices for weight loss medication and always offer discount codes. The only downside is the repeat prescription process, where a long questionnaire is still required, answering the same questions as previously. It would be easier if they just asked if there are any medical changes. I can now pay for my medication using Klarna, which helps with manage paying for my medication.
