never will i ever use this online shope again. order made last week, only now they wrote an email, that they to see a proof that I am a student if I want that model. No way this was indicated anywhere on the website. F* off cyberport, good riddance!
Too bad the lowest rating is 1 star. Completely trash customer service, they ignore emails, deflect, argue, play dumb, fabricate ridiculously delayed ship dates because they obligate you to refund, talk down on you, never have anything of importance in stock and many other things. As far as anyone is concerned, they should be illegalized to sell anything in other EU countries. Their employees are useless, incompetent and probably even instructed to be that way just so you submit to them. They will probably get sued at some point. Most things that are sought after aren't ever in stock, it seems like they do not even have providers, its only a guess how they are even allowed to function anymore at all. Avoid!
They put privided me with valid tracking number after it got "delivered". I never recieved parcel.I never got any information grom dhl. They denied refund. Avoid them.
Placed several orders (for graphics card), all of them got cancelled without any specification - RTX 5080 for 1099€ and they cancelled it, 9070 XT on release for 789€ twice cancelled.... Their web most likely puts a "cheaper" price then cancels everything and lets you without anything but disappointment. AVOID!
Ordered a special configuration of a MacBook Pro (16 inch, M4 Pro, 48 GB working memory, 1 TB storage, US keyboard) on a Saturday. Tuesday morning it was ready for pickup in the Berlin store. No prepayment needed - I paid it in store and the price is probably the lowest you can find. Super friendly staff - particularly Tarik. Great experience!
Very disappointing experience. I ordered a laptop sold as new, paid immediately, then the payment was inexplicably refunded without any communication. After more than six weeks of silence, the merchant shipped the product and charged my card again without prior consent. The laptop I received was clearly not new: it was already switched on, factory seals and protective films were missing, there were visible fingerprints, and the package had been repacked. While a return was eventually accepted, the overall handling, lack of transparency, delays, and absence of even a basic apology reflect poor customer service. I would not recommend this retailer for high-value purchases.
Worst customer service. Didn’t reply to any emails reporting problem with missing package and not refunding the payment even though dpd shows the package is being returned to them and that I never received it. They have lost this customer.

I purchased Macbook Pro M5 at cyberport.de. The process was smooth and extremely fast. I recommend buying at cyberport.de because at world's most famous seller I was about to wait 30 days for the delivery of exactly the same product, but at cyberport.de, it literally took only 5 days from my payment to the day I received my order from Germany to Slovenia. I received my order today and canceled all other orders from other sellers, which would deliver 20+ days later .
Top of the range high end motherboard died after 2.5 years of very low usage. It took me hours to get to speak with someone to send it back for repair/warranty claim just to be accused that I bent pins on it. The motherboard had been in my PC untouched and working fine for 2.5 years and I took utmost care when I installed it. Now the motherboard along with my CPU and memory sticks have been in Cyberport possession for 2 months and nobody is answering my emails or phone calls. I'm close to filing a police complain
Please, even if you think you will never need to contact customer service, avoid Cyberport, as I should have when I read online that any attempts at contact would be ignored again and again. I was a customer service contract trainer from entry to C-Suite employees for global conglomerates for years. Not only would Cyberport fail my class, I am probably going to have to report them for negligence at this point. I know better than most how to communicate neutrally, in a solution-oriented, professional and kind manner, understanding that staff are not responsible for the overall policies and inneficiencies of their companies. But there are no staff with which to even interact with! I have spent about an hour and a half over several days on hold. I've had contact form submissions ignored, emails, and after finally reaching them once with a promise they would send a return label, that also never came, and required more follow up. After a month of asking for a full refund for a phone I returned unopened, I am still waiting for an outstanding 40 euro for the warranty for said phone I never used.
Still waiting on replies to multiple emails about a monitor I ordered back in November. It was, and still is listed as "available" on their site. Have an email confirmation that it was "shipped" dating back to the 12th of December 2025, but UPS still has not received the item. I can't get anything other than automated messages from them telling me to wait another 3 business days for a reply that never comes. Based on my experience so far, I'd avoid them if you see this review.
If I could give a ZERO star I would. Terrible experience.. I bought a monitor online and it did not deliver for more than 2 weeks at first, I called and they promised me "soon" and nothing. Since I live in Berlin I decided to just go to the store and pick it up myself. They said I can do that but have to pay again and that they will return my money from the first online purchase. IT HAS BEEN 2 MONTHS!!! NOTHING, NO MONEY. I got a refund 7 EUROS?! The monitor was over 200. I have been calling and trying to get an answer but the personnel is not helpful at all. They have NO IDEA HOW TO DO THEIR JOB.
Future customers, please read this before ordering. When something goes wrong with the order, you will likely get no help at all. I reported a serious issue with my order and waited for 4 weeks. Customer service never responded. Not once. They promise a reply within 3 business days. That promise is meaningless. I sent multiple follow-ups and was completely ignored. After reading many similar reviews, it’s clear this is a recurring problem. This is how they handle complaints: by staying silent. If you are considering placing an order, be aware that you may be left on your own if there is an issue. I strongly regret ordering here.
Ordered laptop and extended guarantee. Laptop was not described correctly, of course, so sent it back. Did get money back but only for the laptop, not for the guarantee. No one answering on 5th email
