Horrible customer service! Sent my PC in for repairs as it was still under warranty. Recently received an email that my package was on its way back to me more than 10 business days ago. Tracking status has not updated for over 6 business days, still showing in Germany, and has been changed to "Return to sender". I have been trying to call every day for the last 3 business days, cannot get through to any humans. Waiting in automated menu with elevator music for over 1 hour at a time, with no human response.
Ordered a GPU to Latvia. Even tho their website says free returns in 30 days, the link they provide to generate the label for DHL returns doesnt work internationally. It only default to germany. Contacted support (which is slow) in email and they said I need to basically figure it out on my own and pay for the return. How can you advertise free returns if its not the case? Why ship to other countries then even? Why can you generate the label to any country, how difficult that is lol - every cheap clothing store internationally even does this, but one of the biggest brands in Germany cant do it? Now im stuck with a 5070 RTX gpu, and I have no idea how to return it lol. Im not sure how DHL would accept it without any label. Can you even provide a return QR code? And also why have an internationally available store if 99% of your support doesnt SPEAK ENGLISH lol. How difficult is that to learn? They told me in german which I barely understood that they will call me back.. guess what, they still havent. Update: they contacted me and will generate a return label for me. Will remove or change the review when everything will be finalized.
Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered a gaming laptop, which was never delivered. The customer service barely communicate and said it is not their responsibility. Cyberport is a scam, do not order from them.
They don't answer emails and nobody is avalible through their whatsapp. I tried multiple times but just keep getting the same auto reply that wants me to visit their broken contact formular. If you are in a hurry, look somewhere else.
Scammers and liars. I ordered a PC case (Fractal Design Torrent rgb, which is one of the most expensive PC cases you can get) from their Ebay store. When I ordered it the page said it clearly is in stock and will arrive within 3 days. After 3 days the order was supposed to arrive at my doorstep but ebay showed that it wasnt even shipped yet and Cyberport didnt give me any information regarding why nothing is happening. I decided to give them a call - they didnt even say that they are sorry they just said that they dont have it in stock (even though their official web store said that it currently is in stock) - when I asked when it is supposed to arrive they had no clue. This is the worst customer experience I ever had - no information, no apology, no counteroffer/discount to satisfy their lack of communication, absolutely aweful. Avoid this eshop at all costs possible.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Cyberport. I ordered an iPhone 15 Pro and AirPods 4, but on receipt my parcel was empty . The weight of the parcel had clearly changed during transit, which proves that there was a problem before or during shipment. I immediately contacted customer service with proof (photos and tracking of the weight of the parcel), but after weeks of waiting, I still haven't had any concrete response from them. They promised me a reply within 72 hours, but they completely ignored my reminders. On the phone, they hang up directly when you call them. Their silence is unacceptable, especially for such a large sum. If you value your money and a reliable after-sales service, stay away from this site.
Similar to many others I made the mistake of ordering from their website. 1 week after ordering they sent me an email saying the item is out of stock. I requested a refund and 3 weeks later no news from them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Really rude unfriendly employees, bad behavior and rude attitude like they are some kind of Gods in the Shop. I order iphone personally at the shop as online they have error in the system. After order the receptionist did not explain anything and said you will get email or msg. I got the email the expected delivery gonna be 03.01 and i went their to ask if its arrived. The guy replied really rudely that your phone not here you need to wait unless you get the pick up email. I asked why you didnt explain these steps to me and he replied i cant help you with that. Than i was about to ask about Financing and the other employee near by cut me and said ... We cant help you, we already told you and thats it.. he didnt even hear what my question was... The same day later i got email that the phone is ready to pick up so i went next day.. than i saw the same guys and he saw me and said ah you are from yesterday? we cant help you as our system have some issue come some other day or do it online.... LIKE SERIOUSLY ? this is your service? ... TO BE CLEAR I DROVE EVERYDAY from ACHIM to HAMBURG!!! which i told him everytime and he just move his shoulders as an answer! this Fat guy i wish they fire him!! I feel like they plan that we gonna annoy this customer. I called several times their Hotline number (DONT WORRY NO ONE GONNA PICK UP THE CALL EVEN YOU WAIT 10 Hours in waiting List) NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!! PLEASE GO FIND SOME OTHER STORE!!!
I ordered tefal device, payment was successful. But I haven't receive any confirmation of the order or delivery details for almost 2 weeks. I wrote request to privide any info on my order to info cybersport.de, but no one answed. Just have applied PayPal to return my money. Looks like a fraud site. Doesn't worth even 1 star.
They completely ignore all of my emails and wont change the adress of my order
I ordered a laptop 3 weeks ago. DPD sent it to the wrong address and returned it to cyberport without informing me. Sameday I called the DPD call center and they said it was being returned but Cyberport could block the return. I called the Cyberport call center and the lady I spoke to told me to not worry and that they would send my order back to me when they returned it. In addition to our phone call, I sent an email to info@cyberport informing me of the situation with the screenshots I took from DPD tracking. While I was waiting for my computer to be returned to me, they sent me Gutschrift for the amount of my order without any explanation or appologies. I called the call center again, talked to a gentleman, the answers I got for their mess were unprofessional things that did not concern me as a customer such as our friend was sick, we are receiving thousands of e-mails, we are overwhelmed, we are short of people, the people at return have no oversight etc. and he hung up on me! The laptop I ordered was on a 41% discount and now I can't even order the same price because its soldout and I really needed that laptop because of the work, and not only the time I lost for my work, but Cyberport and DPD gave me a bad shopping experience.
Absolutely shocking support. I ordered a product for over 400€ which I received no tracking for and never arrived. I have been contacting their "support" team for OVER SIX WEEKS and still no refund. Deplorable.
