Please, even if you think you will never need to contact customer service, avoid Cyberport, as I should have when I read online that any attempts at contact would be ignored again and again. I was a customer service contract trainer from entry to C-Suite employees for global conglomerates for years. Not only would Cyberport fail my class, I am probably going to have to report them for negligence at this point. I know better than most how to communicate neutrally, in a solution-oriented, professional and kind manner, understanding that staff are not responsible for the overall policies and inneficiencies of their companies. But there are no staff with which to even interact with! I have spent about an hour and a half over several days on hold. I've had contact form submissions ignored, emails, and after finally reaching them once with a promise they would send a return label, that also never came, and required more follow up. After a month of asking for a full refund for a phone I returned unopened, I am still waiting for an outstanding 40 euro for the warranty for said phone I never used.
Phone delivery didn't happen. Is this the fault of the carrier? Sure. But the delivery support of Cyberport is not easy to deal with. The first call with them went great, thanks to Franko, who was helpful and explained the process properly. If not for him, the review would be a 1-star. But then, they mention they respond in 5 working days - Which is way too much time (as a customer support worker myself, this is unacceptable; if I had such a response rate, I would be fired). 2nd, today is the 7th working, and still no response. They have good products and good prices, but if the after-sales are this dreadful, better to pay a bit more and save the headaches and the stress. - Response to Marc The person in the pick up shop told me that DPD took the package back... So DPD should have it, or the packet shop is lying... I reported this via email to Cyberport, but no one replies...
UPDATE (04.06.2025.) - After many unanswered calls, unanswered emails etc., I have succeded in contacting Cyberport via their Instagragram profile. I have gotten information about the package from their agent on Instagram and somehow succeded in getting the order home. I wonder if I would have gotten the order if I haven't been that persistent. The package had arrived bit dented, but overall everything is ok inside. Also worth mentioning is the fact that the ordered goods were not protected enough with bubble wrapping or paper in my opinion. I am also praying that they didn't send me b-ware. Total review is 2/5 stars. Shame that it has to be like this because I think that they have potential to have 5/5 stars, but obviously something isn't right in their company and it has to get fixed if they want better customer satisfaction. ORIGINAL REVIEW - Order number 2013354995. Payed fully 1279€, not a single sight of the order being shipped or delievered. Can't contact them via email or phone besides trying many times. This is clear as a day that they are scamming people all across the Europe. My mistake was not checking them before buying because they were looking 100% legit. Avoid this store at all costs.
Bought expensive monitor on their child company ComputerUniverse, paid money to Cyberport, never received my package already for 20 days, noone responding emails nor phone, feels like completely scammed.. Update: since you tell me I made review to wrong business, Cyberport is owner of CU and I transfered money to Cyberport SE, so, in my opinion, its correct review. Cyberport support also not answering to me. I hope they will contact me to resolve this issue as soon as possible Update February 2025: Fully got money refund.
update: added a star because the issue has been solved (still it shouldnt have happen the first place) it was written the product is available immediately, bought 8 days ago, my money has been taken, they say they have sent my package, I still dont have any postage mail... they are liars and thiefs
