Placed an order for a product on 01.12 which was shown as being in stock with 2-4 days needed to ship. After 3 days, I still did not even receive a confirmation email for the order, so I called customer service. Was informed that the product has a backlog of 24 orders that haven't been processed and thus the delivery of my order will be significantly delayed. Unfortunately there seems to be a trend of companies not sharing true product availability, which is a huge waste of time for consumers who order products based on fastest delivery time. Had to cancel the order and search elsewhere. At least customer support was helpful and relatively easy to reach, which is a rarity these days.
Hi, I bought several products which participating in actions by Intel and ASUS. Order: 5005470627. Many messages regarding the promotional game keys and codes associated with the products I purchased were sent. I have not yet received any response or the promised keys, despite several attempts to contact you. I have ordered here 2 ECO flow devices, Eco Flow 2 Max and Eco Flow 2 Extra battery on 26.Nov.2024. I have payed and received 2 receipts. So far no information concerning the delivery, however the status of the order in my cabinet is sent. Tried to reach the hotline - waited for 15 minutes - they dropped the call, second time dropped at 5 min, third time after 12 min some operator answered. I told him my order number and he couldn't say anything about the order, just said that his colleague will reach me. Update, suddenly delivered by DPD. Hopefully I was at home on Home Office! Change the feedback to 3 stars from 1. Customer support needs significant improvement!
