Scam operating type company! Cheap vest out of three one did not work at all! No batteries! Zipper wrong side, runs extra small! Would not answer phone! Other two barely heat. Sent multiple messages! Did not hear back. Then they respond saying we can do Nothing to much time! Never buy from these scammers! Emailed since Dec 26th defective! Tried calling since 12/26/23. Avoid! Reading reviews appears lucky Anything arrived.

Same experiences as every other review on this site. I am usually more careful with on line offers but they got me! Ordered December 21,2023 and received January 5, 2024. Bogus tracking number got me no information until yesterday. 3xl sizing tag claims to be an XL according to the "packing slip". Try again. More like a small/medium. The address on line is Florida but the packing slip says Akron Ohio. The phone number on the slip is 800-111-1111. Hmmmmm........ I'll call it but I don't hold out much hope. I also did not receive the fast charger I ordered. BUYER BEWARE! Truer words were never spoken. Now Ill see if the thing works!
I placed an order on Dec. 15, for a vest as a Christmas gift. Delivery was supposed to be 3-5 days, pd for expedited shipping. I finally received the garment 22 days later, well after Christmas. I ordered a Large (which is tagged as a 2XL). It is very small, not a L, for sure. The packaging doesn't have any return info included. I have been on hold with no answer twice. Not happy at all.
1). The vests took forever to arrive and their notification that they were shipped was a lie. 2). There was never other than an automated response from customer service. You can not reach them by phone. 3). They advertise to include a battery for the vest but all three arrived without a battery. 4). The product is useless even if they had the battery. The 3x size dosen't fit even a medium sized person by at leat 3 sizes ( it would require a 6x to git medium). I wasted just shy of $150.00 on this purchase. This company is a Ripoff Artist. I should have checked Trust Pilot before making the purchase. Boy was I stupid.
Poor customer service. Ordered a Voltex heated vest. Size XL (label says 3x), true size is a small. You can't reach anyone by phone to make a return. They give you the run around with emails. Been trying to reach someone by phone for a week. They don't return phone calls, I've left 4 messages on different days. The material of the vest is so cheap. Save your money and don't purchase. Wish I could give them a negative review.
I had the same problem with the heated vest, way too small for my husband and I have emailed several times and called several times and cant get anyone to answer. It is terrible!

Same as the other reviews. Product came way late, no battery packs with them and no fast charging packs that were ordered in addition to the vests and which the packing slip said were included. They don't even deserve one star!
I ordered a heated vest. When it arrived (many weeks after the order was placed) the 3xl was equal to an American Small. I tried calling Customer Service. WHen I finally got a person (after calling for several days) the person said they would immediately email me a return label. That was a week ago. I had also emailed their Customer Service and was sent their return policy, which can only be expedited via phone. Total scam. Poorly made products for high cost. Stay away from this. Reported also to the BBB and FLorida State Consumer Affairs dept. as they have a business address in Gainesville, FL
Don't do business with this company! Heated vest came nearly three weeks too late-way past when I needed it for Christmas. When it arrived there was no required battery pack so no way to even operate it! Went back and forth with emails, explaining the situation, and they tried to then sell me a battery pack. Tried calling customer service and AFTER holding for a while the vm said they "could not take my call at this time." Obviously it shipped from overseas but I paid hight US price for it and at the time of order nothing indicated that I would need to buy the battery pack separately. Awful experience and a HUGE waste of time.
I ordered a heated vest on Dec 14. It had not arrived as of Christmas. I tracked the package, and it was not in the postal system. (Other products I ordered from other companies on the same day arrived within a week). I called Dailydealswire: my wait time was 3 minutes and then suddenly "no one available to take call. Leave a message or e-mail us @ undecipherable speech." I left a message and called back immediately. I got a real person who talked in circles and was not helpful. I said I would give it until after the new year. I called my credit card company (before and after Christmas) to put an alert and an update on my account for possible dispute. Package is in tracking system as of Dec 29--two weeks after placed order. I am worried about the quality of the product after reading other reviews.

I ordered Thermalux heated vest and it ended up going to this site in the end and it was a disaster after that. No order, no communication, sends no working tracking number. Been 30 days now and nothing. Submitted a dispute with my credit card.
I actually finally got my terrible heated vest, but of course it does not work. Looks more like an emergency vest after a marathon. Does not turn on at all. No customer service.
