Ordered and paid for heated vest which was to be delivered12/21 however it actually came 12/28 thus thus missing Christmas and of course the company said it was UPS issue. The vest came and only heats up on one side, probably a knock off which was supposed to be a Voltex vest. Tried to contact the company with no results, go figure. The company is a fraud company and full of scams and stores (lies) about what happened to your order or delivery. I give a 5 star rating for best SCAM company in Florida.
This company totally mis-represents its shipping policy. It stated I would receive my package in 3-5 days. I ordered on December 19, 2023. Received a tracking number on December 21, 2023. I checked it and the post office had not received the package for shipping. Finally on December 28, 2023 I checked again, and it stated that a third party shipper, had received the package, but the post office still had not received the package. Don’t buy from this company if you want a true delivery date. Now I’m worried the product I ordered will be inferior as well.
This review is actually "a no star review". This company is closer to trash than a business. The customer service line is set up to intentionally avoid your calls--no one ever picks up a call or returns a call. I am checking in to the DA's office in Gainesville, Florida. Frad is a crime, and should absolutely be treated that way. Be smart and record your own messages you leave with the exact time of your phone call.

If I could give this company no stars I would. Received a “heated” vest that contains no batteries in a ripped inside bag. Their policy doesnt allow returns unless unopened. How would you try on an article of Clothing if you can’t open the bag? Worse rip off! BBB will be notified. Wish I had read the reviews.
I ordered 4 heated vests from them on 12/16, they said they shipped on 12/28 even provided a tracking number..postal service never received the package..I’ve sent emails..tried to call..nothing..total scam..NEVER DO ANYTHING WITH THIS WEBSITE!!!!!
Garbage scam company. Read all the other reviews, mine is the same. They take your money, send a bogus tracking and you receive nothing. What a bunch of a-holes.
BEWARE! ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK! I wish I had looked at reviews before I purchased anything from this pathetic company. Order placed 12/2 for 3 vests. You cannot get anyone to talk to and they send a bogus tracking number. When you go the tracking number, it states that USPS is still waiting for the item to ship it. I finally received them 12/26. What a joke. They said if someone is a 2XL it is a 4XL with them. The vest was at lease 6 inches from closing...piece of crap. I called them and actually got a person and they sent me an e-mail on how to send them back, which I did today. We will see how long a refund takes. I paid via Paypal, even bigger mistake. They will not do anything. At least if I used a CC I could have the bank step in. Minus ten stars for you DDW!!!!
Just like all the other reviews, I am not happy with this scam of a company. I too ordered 2 heated vests for Christmas. I ordered in November they came after Christmas, WITH NO BATTERIES. Who can use a heated vest with no way to heat it? I'm furious with this crappy company. Their excuse is that the USPS is backlogged with packages so it will take longer.I WORK FOR THE POSTAL SERVICE. EVERY SINGLE PARCEL THAT COMES IN TO OUR SYSTEM GOES OUT EVERYDAY. Dont blame the delivery company for your dishonest company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, GO TO THE DOLLAR STORE INSTEAD.
I ordered the jacket in November < I did receive the jacket however it was faulty and did not work,,, Sent it back and have gotten nothing back from them not my money or a replacement SUPER FRUSTRATED, should have read these reviews they are true. This is a some sort of scam or shady deal,,, I will be reporting to Better Business Bureau.
