Placed order on Dec.1,2023 for 3 heated vests (2XL,1 L & battery packs) for a total of $224.91 & all arrived Dec.26. The sizes were totally incorrect & I asked for exchanges for all 3. I was told to keep the battery packs & just send the vests as directed to Ohio on 1/31/24. The replacement vests were not any better in sizing. After numerous unsuccessful calls I requested a full refund on May 6 Email dates were Mar.12,14,15; Apr.19, May 5,11,14,& May 23, confirmed received by you with different request #s & they would be reviewed. Total Black Hole since. There's no current address as per BBB, previous telephone # is not in service, & there's no domain for email correspondence, either. I just tried to email again & it came back as UNDELIVERED. TOTAL SCAM!!! COME KARMA!!! I already notified BBB in FL, will also notify the Attorney General Offices in Ohio, California, Florida & the Federal Trade Commission as to their fraudulent practices as well as my credit card.
Purchases 2 heated Vest from dailydealswire.com on Nov 12 2023, after numerous attempts to get items shipped when I finally got the items in Jan. they were not proper sizes. Returned items to company on 2-23-24 requesting a full refund minus shipping but they would only refund to original card which had been closed due to becoming hacked ( I personally think the hack was because of this purchase ). Numerous attempts to Cust. Services have been ignored and now phone number is no longer active and parent company Jalventa Nature LLC does not seem to be valid either, unable to get a phone number for them either.
I ordered heated gloveson January 3rd 2024. Took my money and never sent my gloves. Called several times for a refund and was r told every time I would be refunded within 7 days. As of May 8 8th 2024 still no gloves or refund! Terrible company to do business with!
DO NOT BUY from this company!!! They sent the wrong size of a vest. I returned as they instructed. Now they say the bank is not letting this refund go through my account. Seriously???
WORST COMPANY EVER!!! Don’t be fooled by their claims. Customer service is handled by a third party with no real information. Spent more than three hours over the last 4 months trying to return, exchange and get refunds. Finally received refunds but not without having to threaten with writing the Attorney General of Ohio and California for the companies in their states which are doing such a dis-service.
I ordered 3 heated vests from this company. Not a single vest worked. The lights just flickered off and on like a broken toy. No heat whatsoever on any of them. I even used the charger they sent (that I had to pay extra for). Also, the sizes are super tiny (I usually wear an XL but even their 3XL was so small I couldn't get the zipper to connect. The vests looked really cheaply made too. Inner lining is just a cheap silver foil looking material. They hide that on their pictures by coloring it orange to show where it's supposed to heat up. Even if it did work and even if it did fit, I'd be too embarrased to give it as a gift as I originally intended. Just looks really cheap. Although it took several emails and calls (sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't), Daily Deals Wire refunded my return. However it cost me $23 in shipping which they do NOT reimburse. Unless you like paying money for broken items, do not buy this.
Horrible company. Return instructions for damaged item so convoluted you give up. I was also charged for items I never received. Trying to get my credit card to blacklist these bums.
Do not buy from this company. Ordered a heated vest and charger, got a message the very next day that the items were shipped. It was not even received by UPS for more than a week later. When I finally got the package the vest was WAY TOO SMALL and had no battery (what the hell good is a heated vest without a battery) and no charger. When I inquired, the told me the charger was no longer available, but I was charged for it anyway. I returned the vest after serveral calls to company and watched the tracking information...they received the vest and it took almost a week to get my refund for both items minus the shipping cost, of course. Do not buy this cheap stuf from this company unless you want to spen the next month getting a small amount of satisfaction.
My wife bought me a heated vest for Christmas, more than 30 days before Christmas. When I opened it and tried it, after I separately had to order a power pack which did not come with it, it did not work at all. They wouldn't take it back because more than 30 days had passed. But it was a Christmas present and sat unopened for more than 30 days. Imho, don't buy here.

SCAM!!!! I just filed a complaint with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) about this company. I ordered 2 heated vest, 2 pair of heated gloves with batteries but only received the 2 vests, did not get the 2 pair of heated gloves or the batteries for them, called to ask about them but never could get an answer, so went on my account and contacted the chat support and she told me they no longer had those, and I ask about my money, and she stated I would get a refund within 3 to 5 business day but I still have not received that either. I have contacted them again through email but still no response. So today I made a formal complaint with the BBB, maybe this will stop these scammers.
I agree with everyone else DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE! READ THE RETURN POLICY--IT IS INSANE! I ordered a heated vest and gloves with fast charger thing on 11/24. Got an email that it shipped 11/27. The day AFTER Christmas, I received only the heated vest in a ripped bag...no gloves or the extra fast charger that I paid for. Yes, the vest was ridiculously small. It is now 1/9/24, and I have still not received the gloves and fast charger. You cannot cancel or return for refund because no one answers the customer service phone, and they do not answer the voice messages that they ask you to leave. Emails get bogus responses that do nothing. I have everything documented, but there is nothing I can do, AND THEY KNOW IT! I feel like an idiot for blindly trusting these people, and am out over $100. I never even received half of my order, for gosh sakes!! There has to be something that we can do to stop companies like this.

I recently ordered a heated vest for a Christmas present! After 30 days, I did receive the vest! Upon opening the package, I’m satisfied with the quality of the vest, but did not receive the charger for the best! Therefore the best is of no use, because there is no way to charge it, which therefore, would be a heated vest! Have tried to contact this business by phone on 4 different occasions, leaving multiple messages, but haven’t heard anything back! I would really like to have the charger for this vest!!
