Buyer beware! I'm in the USA and was charged duty/tariff on the shoes I ordered the day before the delivery date. There was a pop up window regarding potential increased cost when I ordered, but it made it seem like it was included in the price. I understand the import costs but adding it well after I placed my order on the day before they arrive seems like a bait and switch. The costs should simply be included up front. This brought the shoes to be much more expensive than they would have been on Amazon. Very deceptive.

On this occasion I was surprised to find that they were stocking my favourite Russell&Bromley trainers at a very affordable price so I snapped them up and I’m absolutely delighted with my purchase.
