two right shoes sent instead a pair - each shoe was a different size. Does this supplier have any checks on items being sent? Very disappointing.
Most disappointed in Daniel Footwear exchange and return policy. I was informed, by their online chat facility, that in order to exchange an item for a different size, I return the item at a postage cost of £2.50, taken from my refund amount, and then re-order with obviously, again, another postage cost, £5.99, incurred!
Buyer beware! I'm in the USA and was charged duty/tariff on the shoes I ordered the day before the delivery date. There was a pop up window regarding potential increased cost when I ordered, but it made it seem like it was included in the price. I understand the import costs but adding it well after I placed my order on the day before they arrive seems like a bait and switch. The costs should simply be included up front. This brought the shoes to be much more expensive than they would have been on Amazon. Very deceptive.
