Great communication and quick turn around on return/exchange. Only questionable thing I had was the price difference in a bigger size that wasn't shown during RA process. Paid extra for the return service, and bigger size was listed the same as original order. Was notified of difference after during process. Not a big deal. Appreciated the quick turnaround.
Four Helmet Visors were originally ordered but only One was Recieved. Sent an email to check on missing items. Recieved a response from Jason Butler. He was very helpful in resolving this error. The missing items were shipped promptly and have been Recieved. Things were handled quickly and professionally. Turned an over site into an overall good experience.
