I had 10 companies compete for my website business. I selected De'Logo to be in the top 3 finalist. De'Logo beat out their competition by sharing a mock custom website design that captured my vision perfectly (and hence I chose them to win my business because they exceeded my expectations BEFORE, I became a customer). Their Sales person - Brian and their President - Daniel are WONDERFUL listeners and that care about their customers. They were both great with "seeking to understand" what my business needed and how to leverage their resources to make it happen! Both Brian and Daniel gained my trust and demonstrated their credibility as a SUPERIOR company from day one!!! After the initial sale, I started working with Sam - he is their lead technical developer. Sam did an EXCEPTIONAL and SUPERB job of translating well over 100+ very detailed requirements into a gorgeous, polished, professional website that captures my brand. In addition to Sam's technical skills, each iteration of website was timely and accurate. I also loved the fact that Sam came up with very creative ideas. Sam excels in analytical thinking; he has the unique ability to overcome challenges creatively and quickly. For example, I needed professional images - he helped me find them on shutterstock. Sam also demonstrated exemplary project management skills; I never had to call Sam to get a status or follow-up with him to ask questions. Every week, he would reach out to me proactively to provide a status update and would send me links with the latest version of the website. De'Logo deserves ONE MILLION stars. My experience with De'Logo Studio has been great! I've never had to develop a logo before and was skeptical about the various online companies I came across. The De'Logo Studio representative, Sam, was very helpful and expressed understanding of my skepticism. I took the risk and was very pleased with the entire experience. The team was quick in their work and was able to take my basic ideas to develop a logo design that exceeded my expectations. The price was definitely fair for the amount of work and revisions they were willing to provide me to get to the final product. I believe I can trust De'Logo Studio to do what they say they can do.
Working with Eric Wilson to develop and design my website, logo and stationery (including business cards) has been a great experience! I initially thought I would launch my business in 2025, so we started the process then. I paused the work a couple of times between then and now, so had the opportunity to work with a few different developers on Eric’s team. That made it a bit challenging, but I can honestly say that their team is very talented. But, it was really Eric who brought it all together in the end. Throughout the entire process, he was very knowledgeable and patient with me, helping me to understand more about all the “techy” stuff involved behind the scenes! He made sure everything was integrated and worked properly together: booking calendar, Google Workspace & Business Profile! I hope you have the great luck to get Edward Ross and Brian on your team. They had the ingenuity to combine several services into a fantastic strategy for a client I represented. Edward was a joy to communicate with and ensured everyone was clear on the objective before beginning the project. Execution of the graphics were excellent, the full project is on hold due to budget constraints of the client even though Edward worked out a very generous deal that covered all bases in stages.
