Collection is limited, and the products are ok, not the best of quality or shine. They delivered orders quickly and customer support is responsive. Unfortunately they dont have an easy process for returns (I have to ship it to them) and that wasnt clear to me before ordering that I will not be reimbursed for the return costs. Hence no other option but to keep the items. Order ID 16561
Terribly sad experience. I placed an order for a lot of items (9), I contacted the company as 3 pairs of earrings had problems, one has a loose closing, one had the color fading after 2 days and the other ones were closed so tight that I couldn't even open them to wear them. I asked for help to the cs, sent videos, and after having to send many emails and explaining things in a polite way even with them not believing me I get their reply informing me that it would be the last email they send to me and that i am not invited to buy at their website anymore because I am not a good fit for their company. How poor of a customer service is this? even worse than the quality of their pieces. So sad, I worked for a lot of jewellery companies myself but this is by far the worst experience i ever had. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM or do not expect any type of customer support.
