Nice customer journey

Today I payed a visit to Decathlon Rotterdam Coolsingel to see and buy a basketball pole I read about online. The basketball pole Tarmak Easy B100 was displayed in the store and the quality seemed very good. There were only a few boxes left and the box was huge and heavy. Immediately a Decathlon employee noticed me and helped me out by offering me to bring it to the cassier and even to my car that was parked in the garage nearby. Soeraj helped me out so nicely. Thank you so much for this. When I got home I started installing the pole, however I did not have a the tooling that was requiered for installing. Well, tomorrow I will finish it and enjoy playing basketball with it.

Allot of people complain that decathlon…

Allot of people complain that decathlon will not repair bikes that they have bought they say they bought it from Decathlon but they actually buy the product from a partner. Decathlon are not obligated to take a product from a partner and repair ask relevant questions when buying the product do not just assume you can take the product to decathlon when you have purchased procuct from a partner time to use some common sense people

I received good assistance today, December 12th, at Decathlon Grote Marktstraat 54 in The Hague. The staff member was very helpful and offered good advice, taking the time to make sure I found what I needed for the winter season. Thank you for the good service.
