I bought both a desk and a chair from Desktronic. Unfortunately, the overall product quality and assembly experience did not fully meet my expectations. The desk instructions were unclear, and several screws were very difficult to install properly. It was definitely out of expectations to spend a lot of time assembling the table. For products at this price point, I expected clearer instructions, better quality control, and a smoother delivery/spare-parts process. These are real issues, and I hope Desktronic spends more time improving product quality and fulfilment. That said, after some discussion, customer support and I reached agreement on certain aspects of this order and I'm therefore updating the review to reflect it holistically.
