Rob and John were great. Very great instructors. I was advised I could sign up for the class the day before and it would be a seamless task. Due to financial situations I had and when my pay check aligns. They didn’t factor in I wouldn’t have a workbook. And that there’s another team that invites you to the class. When I followed up they said I would have workbook soon and it didn’t arrive into a week after the class was done. I was sent the invitation into the day on Monday so I missed context of the lecture on Monday. So I’d highly recommend having a cut off date for people to go into the class. As this threw me off and wasn’t a good experience I was kindly offered to redo class again in January that I’m happy with but I used 5 vacation days for the last class and will have to do the same again because of the poor administrative things that went on behind the scenes. Wish I got a refund and got to do the class again but it is what it is.
