Withheld winnings and links to unlicensed gambling platforms

My experience has been extremely negative. After my winnings were withheld, I carefully reviewed my bank statements. That is when I discovered that this company was involved in processing payments to gambling platforms which I later confirmed were operating without a valid license in my jurisdiction. What is particularly concerning is that the exact date and time of the charges perfectly match the deposits made to the casino. These are not “unauthorized transactions,” as the support team repeatedly claims in their generic responses. The transactions are clearly identifiable and directly linked to their payment processing system. After checking Trustpilot, I realized I am far from being the only one. Many other users report the exact same pattern: withheld winnings followed by standard, copy-paste replies that fail to address the core issue. When so many cases follow the same pattern, it is difficult to believe this is a coincidence. It is disappointing to see the company publicly suggesting that customers should “contact their bank in case of unauthorized charges,” when there is objective evidence showing the direct correlation between the payment timestamps and the casino deposits. Given the circumstances, I will be filing formal complaints with the authorities in my country as well as with the competent authorities in Cyprus so that this matter can be properly investigated. I sincerely hope the company will provide a concrete and substantive response this time, rather than another generic statement aimed solely at protecting its public image. ** UPDATE 11/03/2026 ** This review reflects my personal opinion based on my experience and on information available to me, and it does not contain any defamatory statements. I have documentation supporting the points I raise if it is ever required. My intention is not to defame anyone, but simply to share a legitimate opinion and warn other users. Attempting to remove critical reviews through repeated defamation claims does not contribute to transparency. If the company wishes to avoid this kind of criticism, the most constructive approach would be to focus on operating with full transparency and distancing itself from practices that raise legitimate concerns, rather than attempting to silence user feedback.

The famous last words: "you STILL need to complete the onboarding process"

The redundant sentence they keep writing you "you STILL need to complete the onboarding process" is key to everything here. They keep you hanging... in the meantime they expect that you start using their "money collecting" link on your website, blog etc and collect money they DO NOT make available to you because "You STILL need to complete the onboarding process". Why should I use, publish on my blog or website your link and collect money coming to your pockets, if I am still not "approved"? For what? To collect money that is not available to you because again they write to you that "your onboarding process is not yet complete"? It is the promise of something they don't tell you IF, WHEN and after WHAT will be granted. There is No transparency. Destream only show you the carrot (the completion of the onboarding process) and the more you run, like a donkey, the farther the carrot on the stick moves away from you. They should make it crystal clear what this boarding process is, describe the steps, how many they are and customers will decide whether to go through it or not! We are busy people working quite busy and remunerative business elsewhere and we only have those 16 radio stations because we love music and radio stations. No time for games, chat with delayed copy-paste responses. Working with DESTREAM is time-consuming, and a "mythical" and unclear onboarding process. We decided to get out and sorted out with one of the many other competitors. If you Destream guys care about KPI, then start from your side being very clear about the whole process, clear steps to get in before giving a link to publish and before getting money. By the way, we were unable to get back those few euros we sent to "unlock" the first "onboarding" stop you sent us. Have a good coffee, it's on us... probably there are many coffees coming to you every day, in this very same way. Is it this the game?

Never heard of Destream!

I have no idea who or what this company is. I noticed a transaction of £55 on my bank statement that I did not recognise. I contacted the bank who then refunded the payment as a fraudulent transaction.

Fraudulent Transactions

If I could give 0 stars I would, stay away from this company, I had transactions with this company, never received or purchased any goods or services from them, they fail to respond to any emails! I’ve reported this company and urge everybody to stay away from this site

Negative reviews about this company are accurate, don't let them fool you. They're asking people to leave them positive reviews. My account was fully set up to take payments and was all set. destream suspended the ability to receive payments and also isn't allowing the money on the account to be withdrawn. Though nothing has been told to me as far as there being any issues. I'm completely unaware of what's going on. Nobody will respond to emails and chat messages asking for assistance, though it shows them being read. No responses to messages on any of their social media platforms either. They will end up getting shut down/shutting down, it's a matter of when. Edit: They're claiming my review is fraud and tried to have it removed. It wasn't because the review is accurate. They STILL have my funds and it's 02/09/2025. They need to release my funds and won't.
