I ordered a Denim shirt but received( after 2-3weeks) a polyester shirt!!!! I asked for a return label and the denim shirt I had paid for. After sending pictures of the fabric label etc. AND 11 emails later I was offered a 20% refund, then 40% and finally an almost full refund after I said I was going to contact my creditcard company for assistance. I gave the polyester shirt to a charity shop! Reluctant to buy from this company again

I would give 0 stars if it let me. This company is a scam. My son bought want was advertised as a really smart tracksuit, what arrived wasn't even a cheap imitation. It looked nothing like it, the fabric and style were completely different and the top and bottoms were different shades of grey. He asked to return and it took several emails to get them to agree to a return, instead they kept offering discounts off another item instead. We now have the return form but the buyer has to cover the return delivery cost. It's going to China so it's not going to be cheap to do that either. Avoid this scam company.
Ordered 2"withlove" Scuffers hoodies. Took over 2 weeks to come only for them to be clearly fake and nothing like the images. Cheap material, wrong colour and design. Dinili uses images from scuffers website, but its clear a scam. Avoid ordering from this site.n
DO NOT PURCHASE Order number #15023 White Linen trousers 4XL These trousers like the company are a joke. The length came only just passed my knees.. upon trying to return them was met with the same as everyone else’s review. 20% refund and keep item.. useless item not fit for purpose. Finally got return form and sure enough China not Netherlands address. I checked with my local post office and cost to return would be £19. This company’s details will definitely be passed to trading standards. THEY EVEN USE IMAGES FROM OTHER WEBSITES TO PROMOTE THEIR STOCK. Will update my review once my query has been resolved satisfactorily..
AVOID DINILI I ordered a windproof coat size Large but received a windproof jacket size Medium. I emailed dinili.com advising them of their error and attached a screenshot of coat ordered and photo of jacket received. Their response was that after investigation they did not accept the discrepancy. I again contacted them requesting a return label and to my horror I discovered the return address is in CHINA and I had pay the postage - £26!!! Nowhere on their website does it mention that they are based in CHINA. The address on their website is in the Netherlands. Please be warned and do not order from this company.
Poor quality item, does not fit. When asking about return offer by company 20% refund and no return. On asking for full return and refund the address supplied is in China, not Netherlands as advised.
How is this company still in business? I agree with all other comments. Clothing not as pictured on website, completely inferior nylon substitute sent instead in a completely different colour. Company in China not in Holland. Sending it back to China can cost more than original garment ordered. They offer 10% then 20% discount instead of return before you then have to take the time and spend the money to get the “garment” sent back to China. Trade descriptions/consumer watchdog really need to get involved here to put a stop to this. This company should not be trading. As the other customers have said when you phone the helpline number which appears to be in Scotland you get an automated message telling you to send an email. Everything is misleading: Address is given as Netherlands (its China), company trades under 2 names- Dinili and Belmode- both of which have extremely concerning reviews, photos on website bear no resemblance whatsoever to the goods actually sent. Everything is misleading. So I have now lost £54 on a fake nylon coat and lost a further £27 sending this to China where it has sat in customs for a month now and so it is now past the date of getting a refund. Word of warning - DONT BOTHER PAYING £27 TO SEND BACK TO CHINA. PACKAGE WILL THEN SIT IN CUSTOMS FOR A MONTH BY WHICH TIME IT IS TOO LATE FOR A REFUND. GOOD MONEY AFTER BAD! ABSOLUTE DISGRACE! AVOID!!! SCAM Placed an order which was estimated the 22nd-23rd. Its now the 25th, not only that its not even with royal mail yet. Although was told it will arrive next week, I dont see that happening. If products are being shipped from china then im not suprised. Even though they said they can't change the order as they have already sent it. I asked for a refund on the shoes immediately and HAVE evidence of them saying they will cancel them (still have no refund and that was on the 17th!) I expect a full refund and cancellation on monday the 27th. They told me.it can take up to 12 buisines days. Well that NOT what the website expected as my delivery. And i will not be paying for the expenses of posting to china as others seem to have mentioned. You supposedly have a branch in Aberdeen as thats where the area code for your phone number was. Which seemed like a automated scam recording directing me back to their website. If not my bank will be contacted and trading standards will be knocking at your door. Absolute disgrace and a total scam. Im not sure if im more upset with dinili or Google for letting them advertise through Google. In fact I, will contact Google too. And make it my aim for this year to have this site brought down. And the owners to be held responsible. P.s was orderd on a credit card so it wont be difficult to have my bank come after you through section 75 of the consumer credit act. From order #15232
CRAP COMPANY DOT NOT BUY ANY ITEMS FROM THEM. SHOULD NOT BE TRADING IN THE U.K WITH CHINA SIZES. QUALITY OF ITEMS ARE CHEAP REPLICA. AVOID IT AT ALL COST.
Do not order from this Company. Very poor quality clothing, not as described on website and faulty stitching. Took a long time for order to arrive. Offered refund but have to send item back at own cost.
AVOID at all costs. The product of shoe is shocking. The colour does not match the description the photo. The company are scammers. They are offering 20 percent refund. Their customer service is shocking. It’s about as good as there products. Still no communication from these scammers. After asking for more information. Unfortunately a photo speaks volumes and can’t lie. I have completely the different product to what was advertised. I DO NOT SEE WHY I SHOULD SEND THIS TO CHINA AT MY EXPENSE
These are cheap, not very well made clothes and certainly not worth the price. The colours are not at all as on the website and when you try to return for a refund they offer discounts on further purchases, then when you say you’ll take a refund you find out it is NOT from Holland at all and sending the goods back to China is EXPENSIVE. An expensive lesson
BIG SCAM!!! its the compleate wrong colour and the material is fake and cheap. not only did it take 2 week to arive so i waited for a piece of crap. DONT BUY FROM THERE!!! you wont catch me buying from there again
This company is selling fake branded clothing fraudulently misrepresenting using pictures of the real items on their website.They try and offer you discounts to keep the items and then say you must pay shipping costs back to China to return. Avoid. It is a scam site.
