I am still waiting for my refund the items were not fit for purpose and were returned in Dec/Jan they had to be returned to China which expensive to say the least. The phone number given does not connect it tells you to email and needless to say I have sent several email I have had 1 reply saying it was being referred to it specialist team that was a month ago and guest what nothing.
Very cheap quality for big price. You need understand, what all pictures were taken from original page and you will receive a cheap copy from China. I try to return my order. Will see, how it’s going. Return policy is terrible!!! I need to send my item to China from post office, like a package! No return barcode, nothing! Beware, this is original page calls bel-mode.com
