The products were good but I had a missing product from my order, immediately raised a query but have had nothing back.
Ordering was quick and easy and a bonus to choose delivery date which arrived when it should however the box was damaged and retaped with tape by courier unfortunately 3 items are missing from my order all the same item so I feel forgotten to be packed by company rather than lost through damage to parcel i have since tried 3 times to make contact with the company to sort his and have had no response very disappointing as other than this all was ok unfortunately not sure if I shall use again now as obviously sorting any problems isn't a priority for them or a quick process

I started using this company because there was FAR TOOOO MANY raw companies start of great then prices creep up and quality plummets. Sooo far this company is great there’s not one flavour that my Alice won’t eat and she’s the , sorry she was the worse one out of the three Dogue de Bordeaux’s I had to feed mind you the other two were males The Alice IS AN OUT AND OUT DIVA and a strange eater who prefers to eat every second day 🤷♀️I’ve fed raw for years now and I still can’t get over the fact that vets OUT AND OUT LIE when it comes to raw feeding mind you the more raw fed animals the less money they rip out of you except for my vet that is who knows no point trying to change me I know exactly what my Alice would do if I was to put a bowl of poison down to her I tried it with my first male because he just wasn’t thriving and I had tried EVERY DRY DRUG LACED DRY POISON and I bought a new bag from THE DOVE VET VETERINARY HOSPITAL £98 yoghurt balls “ he eats it here he loves it”(who very nearly killed my big lad with there drug trials without my permission or knowledge the lies and outright MADE UP ILLNESSES THEY SAID HE HAD) it wasn’t until I stopped listening to them and done what I’d always done my whole life with my dogs and never went near a vet within reason that I started RAW FEEDING within THREE DAYS the change was unbelievable and it happened right before my very eyes 👀 and wait for this after feeding RAW the difference was amazing and I deliberately made an appointment he didn’t need one but I took Grin up for a routine appointment and it was the normal veterinary services I sat in the waiting room with my son and the Big Lad and the vet came out looking round at everyone she went away again then came back walking over to us I could see it in her eyes she said “GRIN” I said “yes” “come through” she said she must have stood staring at him for FIVE MINUTES then said to me “I saw this big guy as I was walking through the hospital just over a week ago , were separate services from the hospital were just normal vets not specialists and he was dying (I had to rush the dog in 10 days before as he collapsed and it turned out he had TOXIC POISONING CAUSED THROUGH NOT BEING MONITORED WHILST ON 8 DIFFERENT MEDICATIONS I’d never had a dog on as much medication as they had him on he was on steroids, gabapentin I took his 8 different medications with me when I rushed him in had I been giving him what they told me to from the beginning my biggest big lad would have been dead months before) and I’ve not been here long and the reason I came through then went and came back again was WHATS WRITTEN IN HIS HISTORY HIS RECORDS IS NOT , WAS NOT WHAT I WAS LOOKING AT IN THAT WAITING AREA , she examined my Big Lad and said whatever your doing Lindsey keep doing it get him out of here and never look back” had that wee vet at the normal vet services NOT the EXPERIMENTAL FACILITY because that’s what the Royal Dove Vet Veterinary Hospital is hadn’t took me aside and said that my big lad would have been dead aged 2 if he was lucky I asked her what was wrong when she seen him and she said he was transferred to TOXINS he was dying . I left the hospital and realised what pulled my big lad through EVERYTHING was pure unconditional LOVE HE HAD FOR ME AND I HAD FOR HIM AND OF COURSE THE RAW. I contacted the hospital and said I wanted to speak to the head of the department AN AMERICAN WHO WAS HIS MAIN VET I got the appointment because I was insistent and told them i wanted to see his records I was not giving in I got the appointment and she wasn’t AMERICAN AT ALL, SHE THE AMERICAN who told me she was the top doctor was a LIAR AS WAS HER MANAGER because her manager would have had to sign of on all the MEDICATION and all the BRAIN scans the MRI I was told he could never wear a collar only a harness , the real head of the department told me all I will tell you Lindsey is neither of them are here they both returned to America put a collar on him and keep doing what you are doing it’s working SERIOUSLY . Will I tell you what I’m doing she obviously looks at me and I said to her I CHANGED HIM TO RAW FOOD I paid £98 for yoghurt balls recommend by here because “HE EATS THEM HERE LOVES THEM”I took them home put them in his bowl and he nudged the bowl right out the stand and we were sliding everywhere. So I know this has been a long read and/but I hope 🤞 ITS BEEN ENOUGH TO MAKE THE SWITCH TO RAW FEEDING AND DISCOUNT PET PANTRY. I’ve used a lot of different brands and the ONLY ONE I WOULD USE THE PRICE IS FANTASTIC BUT THE QUALITY IS JUST AS GREAT THE DELIVERY IS THE BEST THING IT COMES ON TIME AND IT’s STILL FROZEN . I haven’t been near A GENUINE VET IN YEARS AND ITS ALL DOWN TO RAW FEEDING THAT I GET FROM DISCOUNT PETS PANTRY. IVE HAD TO CHANGE THE WORD FOR THE SHORTENED VERSION OF THE MALE NAME RICHARD TO DOVE BECAUSE TRUST PILOT WOULD NOT ALLOW THE ACTUAL PROPER NAME OF THE HORRENDOUSLY BARBARIC RESEARCH CENTRE.
My first order from discount pet pantry I was impressed by the variety offered. Parcel came on day & time it said it would. Very well packed & all still frozen. Will definitely use them again.

Was asgood as can be expected from frozen food being delivered miles . Waiting on a refund as sprats weren’t in stock nice little note so again happy that the situation was explains that can’t be helped. Cheaper than anywhere else we have seen for the Stowbart raw. And the frozen sprats . Thank you will be ordering again
